Abstract
도전상을 갖는 와이어 커넥터는 영구 접속을 형성하기 위해 땜납 디스크를 녹이고 가열하는 동안 적소에 와이어를 고정시키는 와이어 유지 수단을 갖는 배럴에 배치된 땜납 디스크를 갖는다. 봉합 수단을 갖추며 배럴주위에 형성되거나 배럴의 각 단부를 넘어 확장된 수축가능 슬리브는 접속을 봉합하고 절연하며 와이어를 고정하기 위해 와이어상까지 또한 수축된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 커넥터의 일부를 형성하는 관형 부재의 투시도이다.
Claims (10)
- 다수의 와이어 사이를 전기 결합시키며 절연된 접속을 형성하는 와이어 커넥터에 있어서, 관형 도전성 부재로 삽입되는 와이어에 대해 와이어를 유지시키기 위해 관형 부재로부터 형성되고 관형 도전성 부재의 단부에 인접하게 위치하고 관형 부재내로 확장되어 스스로 작용하는 와이어 유지 수단(20)을 갖는 전기적으로 도전성 부재인 속이 빈 관형 도전성 부재(10)와: 상기 관형 도전성 부재(10)의 주위에서 슬롯(11)의 경계를 정하고 상기 유지 수단 사이의 위치에서 주변으로 확장되는 수단과: 상기 삽입된 와이어가 인접할 수 있는 장소를 향하여 상기 슬롯(11)및 상기 관형 도전성 부재(10)내에 배치된 땜납 물질로 형성되는 디스크(13)와; 각 단부사이의 대략 중간쯤에 위치된 상기 관형 도전성 부재(10) 둘레에 위치하고 관형 부재를 봉합하고 절연 커버를 제공하기 위해 관형 부재의 외부표면에 꼭맞는 수측 가능 슬리브의 내부 직경을 갖는 수축가능 슬리브(14,40)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수축 가능 슬리브(14)는 열 수축가능하며 수축가늘 슬리브의 내부 표면상에 배치된 접착 코팅(16)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수축가능 슬리브(14,40)는 열 수축가능하며 열가소성인 한쌍의 속이 빈 관형 슬리브(41,42)는 슬리브내로 삽입되고, 도전성 부재(10)의 각 단부에서의 하나의 관형 슬리브는 수축 가능 슬리브가 수축할 때 상기 수축가능 슬리브의 단부들을 와이어에 봉합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 커넥터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 관형 슬리브(41,42)는 불투명한 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수축가능 슬리브(14,40)는 열 수축성이며 투명한 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서 땜닙의 상기 디스크(13)는 상기 관형 도전성 부재의 주위에서 상기 슬롯을 통해 꼭맞는 크기인 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 커넥터.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 수축가능 슬리브(14,40)는 열 수축성인 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 커넥터.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 수축가능 슬리브는 열 수축성이며 도전성 슬리브의 각 단부에서 수축가능 슬리브내에 배치된 열가소성 접착제를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 커넥터..
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 수축가능 슬리브(14,40)는 투명한 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 커넥터.
