제1도 및 제2도는 본 발명에 의한 두 와이어형 엘레멘트들의 사시도, 제3도는 와이어형 엘레멘트의 한 실시예에 대한 단면도.

Claims (15)

  1. 열가소성 물질로 피복된 적어도 하나의 저항성 와이어를 포함하며, 상기 피복(2)은 기계적 고정부들을 구성하는 와이어형 엘레멘트의 대향측들에 연결형 측부들을 가지며, 상기 기게적 고정부의 하나는 고정될 인접 동형의 와이어형 엘레멘트의 타 고정부에 안으로 포개져서 고정되도록 되어있는 와이어형 엘레멘트에 있어서, 함께 연결되어 그 연결된 와이어형 엘레멘트가 함께 용착될 수 있도록 2개의 와이어형 엘레멘트부의 접촉면에 접한 제2의 덮혀진 열선(8)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어형 엘레멘트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 측 고정부들(3a, 3b)이 메일부들(3b)과 피메일부들(3a)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어형 엘레멘트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 측 고정부들(3a, 3b)이 수직힘에 의해 서로에게 포개지도록 각각 하나의 메일부(7a, 7b)와 피메일부(6a, 6b)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어형 엘레멘트.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 일 고정부의 상기 피메일부(6a 또는 6b)는 타고정부(3b 또는 3a)의 메일부(7b 또는 7a)와 유사한 단면형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어형 엘레멘트.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 저항성 와이어(1)가 상기 대향면이 아닌 일측면과 접하는 모점(generatrix)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 와이어형 엘레멘트.
  6. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 열선(1)은 피메일부중 하나의 아래에 놓인 측면과 접하는 모점을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 와이어형 엘레멘트.
  7. 제3항 또는 제4항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제2열선(8)이 피메일부(6a, 6b)의 내면에 접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어형 엘레멘트.
  8. 상기한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 측면 절개부(5)가 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 와이어형 엘레멘트.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 따른 최소한 하나의 와이어형 엘레멘트로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관형 열가소성재부들을 연결하기 위한 용접 슬리브용 전기저항 용접 인서트.
  10. 와이어형 엘레멘트를 나선형 와인딩으로 형성함으로서 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 전기저항 용접 인서트.
  11. 상기 제2열선(8)이 연결될 관형 엘레멘트와 접촉하기에 적합한 면과 마주보는 면으로부터 떨어져 위치함을 특징으로 하는 제9항 또는 제10항에 따른 전기저항 용접 인서트.
  12. 상기 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 따른 최소한 하나의 와이어형 엘레멘트로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 그안에 호울을 형성함에 의해 관형 열가소성재부에 분기 접속을 형성하기 위한 전기저항 용접 인서트.
  13. 와이어형 엘레멘트를 나선형으로 조립함에 의해 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 제12항에 따른 전기저항 용접 인서트.
  14. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 따른 최소한 하나의 와이어형 엘레멘트를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프의 전기저항 용접을 위한 방법.
  15. 와이어형 엘레멘트가 파이프위에 직접 감겨 조립되며, 용접을 수행하기 위해 전압이 열선에 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제14항에 따른 파이프들의 전기저항 용접을 위한 방법.
