Claims (11)

  1. 나선형으로 감긴 부분을 갖는 기다란 열가소성 절연선으로 구성되는 전열기에 인접하여 설치된 열가소성 물질을 전기적으로 융합하기 위한 상기 전열기에 있어서, 상기 나선형 부분에서 상기 절연선의 인접하여 감긴 부분들이 열가소성 절연물에 의해서만 서로 함께 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 전열기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전열기의 상기 나선형 부분안에 중앙 구멍이 있는 전열기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 절연선의 양단부가 상기 나선형 부분에서 뻗는 전열기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 절연선의 상기 단부들이 전기 접점들에 연결되는 전열기.
  5. 보충적인 열가소성 부재에 용융용접하기 적합하고, 나선형으로 감긴 선으로 된 전열기를 그의 일부로서 가지는 열가소성 이음부재에 있어서, 상기 나선형으로 감긴 선으로 된 전열기가 전항들중 임의의 항에 따른 전열기를 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 이음부재.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 이음부재는 그안에 횡방향 구멍을 포함하고, 상기 전열기의 상기 나선형 부분이 상기 구멍 둘레에서 상기 이음부재안에 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 이음부재.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 이음부재가 안장식 T자관인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 이음부재.
  8. 기다란 열가소성 절연선의 부분을 나선형으로 감는 단계를 포함하는, 전열기에 인접하여 배치된 열가소성 물질을 전기적으로 융합하기 위한 상기 전열기의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 절연선을 나선헝으로 유지하면서 그 절연선의 상기 일가소성 절연물을 간단히 가열함으로써, 상기 절연선의 상기 나선형 부분의 상기 열가소성 절연물의 인접면들이 함께 융합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 전열기 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 절연선의 상기 나선형 부분이 그안에 중앙구멍을 포함하도록 감기는 것을 특징으로 하는 전열기 제조방법.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 절연선이 감김으로써 그 절연선의 양단부가 상기 나선형 부분에서 뻗는것과, 전기 접점들을 상기 절연선의 단부들에 부착하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전열기 제조방법.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 절연선의 상기 열가소성 절연물을 간단히 가열하는 상기 단계가, 상기 절연선에 간단히 전류를 가함으로써 그 절연선이 충분히 가열되어 그 절연선의 상기 나선형 부분의 상기 열가소성 절연물의 인접면들이 함께 융합되는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전열기 제조방법.
