제1도는 본 발명에 따라 2개의 파이프를 끝과 끝을 연결하기 위하여 열저항기를 형성하는 망상 전도성 네트를 갖춘 슬리브를 채용한 연결시스템 중앙부분의 단면도.
제2도는 특정 실시예에서 제1도의 연결시스템에 사용하기 위하여 실린더로서 니트 양말 또는 일종의 "갑옷"형태를 갖춘 전도성 네트의 부분 사시도.
제3도는 제2도의 Ⅲ부분에 길이방향 단면 확대도.
Claims (9)
- 최적의 가열상태를 검출하고 전기 절연재질의 층(13)으로 피복되어 있는 단일 와이어로 형성되어 있으며 성분을 구성하는 플라스틱내에 배열되어 있는 저항기에 전기적 공급을 차단하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 상기 피복되어 있는 저항 와이어는 와이어가닥이 겹쳐지고, 절연 피복층(13)을 구성하는 재질은 용융온도는 성분플라스틱의 용융온도 보다 높은 최소온도와 동일성분에 대한 열손상의 온도보다 낮은 최대의 온도 사이에 있도록 선택되는 교차점을 갖추는 단계, 와이어를 피복하는 절연층이 용융온도에 이르기까지 가열되며 적어도 저항 와이어의 교차점의 어딘가에서 단락이 야기될때까지 상기 저항기에 전기가 공급되는 단계, 단락뒤의 전압 및/또는 세기의 변화가 검출되는 단계, 및 저항기에 대한 교류의 공급이 차단되는 단계를 특징으로 하는 최적의 가열상태를 검출하고 저항기에 전기적 공급을 차단하는 방법.
- 가열 용융 플라스틱으로 만들어진 요소를 위하여 상기 요소의 플라스틱에 적합한 가열 용융 재질을 적어도 부분적으로 구성하며 이러한 동일요소(6,8)의 대응표면(6b,8b)에 연결성분을 접합하기 위한 표면(4b)을 가지는 연결성분에 있어서, 상기 성분(2,40)은 전기적으로 절연재질의 층(13)으로 피복되어 있는 단일 와이어로 형성되며, 성분을 에워싸는 재질의 용융을 발생시켜 상기 성분 및 요소사이에 용접을 야기하기 위하여 상기 연결되는 표면부근에 배열되어 있는 전기저항기(10)로 구성되어 있으며, 피복되어 있는 저항화이어(10)는 와이어 가닥이 겹치는 교차점을 가지며, 와이어의 절연 피복층(13)을 구성하는 재질의 용융온도는 성분의 플라스틱의 용융온도보다 더 높은 최소온도와 이 동일 성분에 대한 열 손상의 온도보다 더 낮은 최대의 온도사이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연결성분.
- 제2항에 있어서, 피복된 저항와이어(10)는 서로 교착되어 있는 일련의 고리로 형성되어 있는 갑옷 모양의 형태를 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연결성분.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 전기절연재질의 상기 층(13)은 약 300℃ 내지 350℃까지 전기절연성을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연결성분.
- 제2항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2개의 전기적 연결단자(12,14)를 가진 타입의 성분(2)의 두께내에서, 상기 단자(12,14)에 피복된 전도성 와이어 (10)의 벗겨져 있는 부분의 전기적 연결은 대향 끝에 있는 이 와이어의 2개의 가닥(11d,11e)에 의하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연결성분.
- 제3항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 갑옷형상은 약 0.3㎜내지 직경 및 약 1내지 1사이의 저항을 갖는 구리 와이어로 형성되며 폴리에스테르이미드를 기초로한 전기적 절연층으로 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연결성분.
- 제3항 내지 제6항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전도성 네트 망상의 면저(S,S′)는 약 4㎟와 80㎟ 내지 100㎟의 사이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연결성분.
- 최적의 가열상태를 검출하고 전기 절연재질의 층(13)으로 피복되어 있는 단일 와이어로 형성되어 있으며 성분(2,40)을 구성하는 플라스틱내에 배열되어 있는 저항기에 전기적 공급을 차단하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 피복되어 있는 저항 와이어는 교차점(11a,11b)을 가지며, 와이어의 절연 표면층을 구성하는 재질의 용융온도는 상기 성분(2,40)의 플라스틱 용융온도보다 더 높은 최소온도와 동일성분에 대한 열손상의 온도보다 더 낮은 최대온도 사이에 있으며, 상기 장치는 와이어의 절연 피복층(13)의 용융온도까지 와이어를 가열하기 위하여 피복된 저항 와이어에 전기 에너지를 공급하는 수단(15)과 와이어의 절연피복층의 용융온도에서 상기 저항 와이어 상의 단락을 검출하는 수단(21), 그리고 상기 검출수단(21)이 상기 단락을 검출하였을때 이 저항와이어에 전기공급을 차단하는 차단수단(23)으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 최적가열상태를 검출하고 저항기에 전기적 공급을 차단하기 위한 장치.
