Abstract

본 발명은 냉동.냉장고의 제상용으로 사용되는 메탈 시스 히터의 씰링구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 내부 중심에 코일형 전열선과 리이드 핀이 내장되고 외측의 급속과의 전기적 절연을 위해 마그네슘 분말이 충진된 금속외장 파이프로 이루어진 메탈 시스 히터에 있어서, 금속외장 파이프의 단부와 리이드 핀과 전선의 접속부 씰링을 위해 금속외장 파이프의 단부에 통기성이 없는 에폭시 절연재를 충진하여 일차적으로 메탈 시스 히터의 내부 방습을 수행하도록 하는 한편, 리이드 핀에 절연튜우브를 끼우고 다시 그 위에 핫멜트가 도포된 열수축성 파이프를 씌워서 접속부를 외부로부터 차단시켜 메탈 시스 히터의 경량,축소화와 흡습에 의한 절연약화를 방지하는 구조이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 양 단부에 리이드 핀(4)이 구비된 코일형 전열선(3)이 금속외장 파이프(2)의 내부 중심에 내장되고 그사이에 전기적 절연을 위한 마그네슘 분말(5)이 충진되면 리이드 핀(4)의 단부가 전선(7)의 접속단자(8)에 접속되어서 이루어진 메탈 시스 히터에 있어서, 금속외장 파이프(2)의 단부측 내부에 에폭시 절연재(11)가 채워지고 리이드 핀(4)에 절연튜우브(12)가 까워지는 한편 금속외장 파이프(2)단부측 내부의 에폭시 절연재(11) 상부와 리이드 핀(4)사이의 공간에 실리콘 실란트(6)가 주입되며 금속외장 파이프(2)단부와 전선(7)의 접속부 주위로 열수축성 튜우브(14)가 씌워져서 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 냉동.냉장고 제상용 메탈 시스 히터의 씰링구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 열수축성 튜우브(14)는 내주면에 가열에 의해 피착물에 용융 접착되는 특성을 갖는 핫멜트(13)가 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동, 냉장고 제상용 메탈 시스 히터의 씰링구조.
