Abstract

열경사와 같은 새로운 원리에 의거한 방열판 및 그것을 이용한 냉각방법이다. 그리고 이 방열판은 고온대역과 저온대역과의 사이에 배치해서 사용하는, 금속판과 그 저온대역쪽표면에 적층된 열경사형성층으로 구성되고, 이 열경사형성층은, 금속판보다도 작은 열용적 및 방사열흡수를 가진 열전도성재료로 이루어져 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 방열판의 구조의 일예를 표시한 확대단면도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 고온대역과 저온대역과의 사이에 배치해서 고온대역으로부터 저온대역에 방열시키기 위한 금속판을 주체로 하는 방열판에 있어서, 이 금속판의 저온대역쪽 표면에, 이 금속판보다도 작은 열용적 및 방사열흡수를 가진, 열전도성재료로 이루어진, 열경사형성층을 적층한 것을 특징으로 하는 방열판.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 열경사형성층의 열용적및 방사열흡수가, 금속판의 열용적의 10% 이하 및 방사열흡수의 60% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방열판.
  3. 금속판을 주체로하고, 그 한쪽면에 이 금속판보다도 작은 열용적 및 방사열흡수를 가진, 열전도성재료로 이루어진, 열경사형성층을 적층한 방열판을 고온대역과 저온대역과의 사이에 금속면을 고온대역쪽을 향해서 배설하고, 또한 이 방열판의 저온대역쪽의 면에 냉각용유체를 접촉시키면서 방열시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 열경사형성층의 열용적 및 방사열흡수가 각각 금속판의 열용적의 10% 이하 및 방사열흡수의 60% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각방법.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 냉각용유체가 냉각공기 또는 냉각수인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각방법.
