Abstract
열경사를 이용한 새로운 단열이론에 의거한, 단열판 및 그것을 이용한 단열방법이다. 그리고, 이 단열판은 저온대역쪽에 위치하는 불투명한 열정도성기체와 고온대역쪽에 위치하는 열전도성투명층과의 복합체로 이루어지고, 이 투명층의 열용적 및 방사열흡수가 이 기체의 열용적 및 방사열흡수보다도 작은 것을 특징으로 하고 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 단열판의 구조의 일예를 표시한 확대단면도이다.
제2도는 본 발명의 단열판과 보통의 철판과의 단열효과의 차를 표시한 그래프이다.
Claims (4)
- 고온대역과 저온대역과의 사이에 배치해서 고온대역으로부터 저온대역으로의 방열을 차단하기 위한 단열판에 있어서, 저온대역쪽에 위치하는 불투명한 열전도성기체와 고온대역쪽에 위치하는 열전도성투명층과의 복합체로 이루어지고, 이 투명층의 열용적 및 방사열흡수가 이 기체의 열용적 및 방사열흡수보다도 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 단열판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 투명층의 열용적이 기체의 열용적의 10% 이하이고, 투명층의 방사열흡수가 기체의 방사열 흡수의 60% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 단열판.
- 불투명한 열전도성기체와, 그 기체의 열용적 및 방사열흡수보다도 작은 열용적 및 방사열흡수를 가진 열전도성투명층과 복합체로 이루어진 단열판을, 고온대역과 저온대역과의 사이에, 투명층이 고온대역쪽에 위치하도록 배설하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 투명층의 열용적이 기체의 열용적의 10%이하이고, 투명층의 방사열흡수가 기체의 방사열흡수의 60% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 단열방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
