Abstract

확산로의 점화장치에 대하여 기재하고 있다.
본 발명은 고온 발생 램프, 집광 반사면, 버닝 포인트, 발화실로 구성된 확산로 장비의 램프식 점화장치(Pyrogenic Unit)에 있어서, 상기 집광 반사면과 외부 공기의 접촉을 차단하는 부식 방지판을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
따라서, 본 발명에 의하면 집광 반사면의 부식이 방지되어 안정적으로 수증기 산화 공정을 진행할 수 있으며, 해당 설비의 고장도 방지할 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 고온 발생 램프, 집광 반사면, 버닝 포인트, 발화실로 구성된 확산로 장비의 램프식 점화장치(Pyrogenic Unit)에 있어서, 상기 집광 반사면과 외부 공기의 접촉을 차단하기 위해 상기 집광 반사면과 밀착되는 내열성인 투광 재질의 부식 방지판을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점화장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부식 방지판은 종(bell) 형으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 점화장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부식 방지판의 재질은 석영이나 유리로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 점화장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부식 방지판의 단면 두께는 0.1∼3㎜정도로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 점화장치.
