Claims (1)
- 고온산화부식에 의해 두께감소가 급속히 진행되는 양표면 또는 내면은 알루미늄 확산피복처리에 의해 알루미나이드층(9)과 알루미늄 확산층(10)이 형성되고, 연소가스불꽃 충돌이 발생되는 내면부분은 1차적으로 MCrAlY(11), 그위에 2차적으로 세라믹(12)으로 플라즈마 용사피복된, 소둔가열로용 방열튜브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
