제1도는 W자형 방열튜브의 모식도, 제2도는 제1도의 A-A'선 단면 확대도로써 제2직관부의 연소가스 불꽃충돌이 발생되는 튜브부분을 나타낸다.

Claims (1)

  1. 고온산화부식에 의해 두께감소가 급속히 진행되는 양표면 또는 내면은 알루미늄 확산피복처리에 의해 알루미나이드층(9)과 알루미늄 확산층(10)이 형성되고, 연소가스불꽃 충돌이 발생되는 내면부분은 1차적으로 MCrAlY(11), 그위에 2차적으로 세라믹(12)으로 플라즈마 용사피복된, 소둔가열로용 방열튜브.
