제1도는 기단부와 선단부를 갖는 블레이드의 입면도, 제2도는 블레이드의 3가지 코팅부위를 도시하는 입면도, 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 코팅시스템의 개략도.
Claims (5)
- 연소터어빈에 적용되며, 약 1500℉이상의 온도에서 작동하도록 설계된 부위인 고온단부와 약 1250℉이하의 온도에서 작동하도록 설계된 부위인 저온단부, 그리고 약 1250℉와 1500℉의 온도범위에서 작동하도록 설계된 중간부위등으로 구성된 터어빈 블레이드에 있어서, 고온단부는 고온의 산화에 저항을 나타내는 저 크립타입의 코팅으로 코팅하고, 저온단부는 황화물부식에 저항을 나타내는 연성타입의 코팅으로 코팅처리하고, 중간부분은 상기 저크립 타입의 코팅과 상기 연성타입의 코팅을 혼합한 혼합코팅으로 코팅처리를 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터어빈 블레이드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고온단부 코팅의 혼합물을 최소한 블레이드 높이의 1/2인치이상 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터어빈 블레이드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 저온단부의 코팅은 엠대신에 철이나 철 니켈로 대치되는 엠크롬합금으로 구성된 타입으로부터 선택하여 코팅처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터어빈 블레이드.
- 제2항내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 코팅을 플라스마분사에 의해 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터어빈 블레이드.
- 연소터어빈에 적용, 사용하기 위해 첨부하는 도면을 참고로 하여 도시하고 전술한 바와같이 구성되고 응용된 것을 특징으로 하는 터어빈 블레이드.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
