Abstract

굴절율 분포형 광학 수지 재료는 비 결정성 플루오로 중합체 및 그 중합체와 비교하여 굴절율차가 0.001 이상의 1종류의 물질로 이루어지며, 적어도 1종류의 물질이 특정방향을 따라서 농도구배를 가지며 분포하고 있는 굴절율 분포형 광학 수지 재료 및 그의 제조방법.

굴절율 분포형 광학 수지 재료 및 그의 제조방법 (REFRACTIVE INDEX DISTRIBUTION TYPE OPICAL RESIN AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF)

제1도는 중합체 A의 투과율이다.

Claims (16)

  1. 실질적으로 C-H 결합을 가지지 않는 비 결정성 플루오로 중합체(a) 및 플루오로 중합체(a)와 비교하여 굴절율 차가 0.001 이상인 1종 이상의 물질(b)로 이루어지며, 플루오로 중합체(a)중에 중간물질(b)가 특정방향의 농도 구배를 갖도록 플루오로 중합체(a)에 분포되는 굴절율 분포형 광학수지 재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 플루오로 중합체(a)가 주 쇄상에 환 구조를 가진 플루오로 중합체인 광학 수지 재료.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 주 쇄상에 환 구조를 가진 플루오로 중합체가 주 쇄상에 플루오로 함유 지방족 환 구조를 가진 플루오로 중합체인 광학 수지 재료.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 주 쇄상에 플루오로 함유 지방족 환 구조를 가진 플루오로 중합체가 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)∼(Ⅳ) 선택되는 반복 단위를 가진 광학 수지 재료 :
    [상기 일반식(Ⅰ) 내지 (Ⅳ)에서, 1은 0∼5, m은 0∼4, n은 0∼1, 1+m+n은 1∼6, o,p 및 q는 각각 0∼5, o+p+q는 1∼6, R은 F 또는 CF3, R1은 F 또는 CF3, X1은F 또는 Cl, 및 X2는 F 또는 Cl이다].
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 플루오로 중합체(a)가 200∼300℃의 용융 온도에서 103∼105포아즈의 용융 점도를 가진 광학 수지 재료.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 물질(b)가 실질적으로 C-H 결합을 가지지 않는 광학 수지 재료.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 물질(b)가 플루오로 중합체(a)와 비교하여 용해성 파라메터의 차가 7(cal/㎤)이내인 광학 수지재료.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 물질(b)의 분자량이 300∼5000인 광학 수지재료.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 물질(b)가 클로로트리플루오로에틸렌 올리고머인 광학 수지재료.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 굴절율 분포형 광학 섬유인 광학 수지재료.
  11. 물질(b)가 중심부에서 주변에의 방향으로 농도구배를 가지도록 분포되는 제1항에 따른 광학 수지 재료인 굴절율 분포형 광학 섬유.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 물질(b)가 플루오로 중합체(a) 보다 높은 굴절율 분포를 가지고, 중심부에서 주변에의 방향으로 농도가 감소하는 그린 농도구배를 가지도록 분포되는 굴절율 분포형 광학 섬유.
  13. 실질적으로 C-H 결합을 가지지 않는 비 결정성 플루오로 중합체(a)를 용융하는 것, 플루오로 중합체(a)의 용융액의 중심부에 플루오로 중합체(a)와 비교하여 굴절율의 차가 0.001 이상의 1종 이상의 물질(b) 또는 그 물질(b)를 함유하는 플루오로 중합체(a)를 주입하는 것, 및 물질(b)를 분산시키는 동안 또는 후에 용융액을 성형하여 굴절율 분포가 연속적으로 변하는 구역을 형성하는 것을 포함하는 굴절율 분포형 광학 수지 재료의 제조방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 플루오로 중합체(a)가 주 쇄상에 환 구조를 가지는 방법.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 물질(b) 실질적으로 C-H 결합을 가지지 않는 방법.
  16. 제13항에 있어서, 성형을 압출 용융 성형 또는 용융 방사 성형으로 수행하는 방법.
