Claims (15)

  1. 폴리에텔이미드 또는 폴리에텔설폰인 플라스틱으로 만들어진 안경테와 그 부품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에텔이미드 폴리스틱이 아래와 같은 반복단위로 이루어지는 안경테와 그 부품.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에텔이미드 플라스틱이 DIN 53455에 의해 측정한 인장강도가 90-140N/m㎡; DIN 53455에 의해 측정한 파괴전까지의 연신율이 40-80%; DIN 53457에 의해 측정한 굴곡율이 2,500-5,000 N/m㎡; ASTM D256에 의해 측정한 아이조드노치 충격강도가 30-90J/m : 유리온도가 210-230℃ : ASTM D648에 의해 측정한 가열성형 안정도가 190°-210℃ ; DIN 53479에 의해 측정한 밀도가 1.10-1.50Mg/㎥의 특성을 가진 안경테와 그 부품.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 폴리에텔이미도 플라스틱이 DIN 53455에 의해 측정한 인장강도가 100-110N/m㎡; DIN 53455에 의해 측정한 파괴점까지의 연신율이 55-65%; DIN53457에 의해 측정한 굴곡율이 3,000-5,000N/m㎡; ASTM D 256에 의해 측정한 아이조드노치 충격강도가 40-60J/m; 유리온도가 215°-220°C ; ASTM D 648에 의해 측정한 가열성형 안정도가 195°-205°C ; DIN 53479에 의해 측정한 밀도가 1.25-1.30Mg/㎥의 특성을 가진 안경테와 그 부품.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에텔이미드 플라스틱이 원료이고 380°-420℃의 온도에서 사출성형되는 안경테와 그 부품.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에텔설폰 플라스틱이 아래와 같은 반복단위로 이루어지는 안경테와 그 부품.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 폴리에텔설폰 플라스틱이 DIN53455에 의해 20℃에서 측정된 인장강도가 60-140m㎡; ASTM D 638에 의해 측정된 파괴점까지의 연신율이 30-90%; ASTM D 790에 의해 20℃에서 측정된 굴곡율이 2,000-6,000 N/m㎡; ASTM D 256(6.4-mm 시험편)에 의해 측정된 아이조드노치 충격강도가 60-100J/m; ASTM D 1525에 따라 비캇에 의해 측정한 연화점이 210°-230℃; ASTM D 648에 의해 측정된 가열성형안정도 DTUL가 190°-210℃; ASTM D 792에 의해 측정된 밀도가 1.20-1.50Mg/m㎥의 특성을 가진 안경테와 그 부품.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 폴리에텔설폰 플라스틱이 DIN 53455에 의해 20℃에서 측정한 인장강도가 70-110Mg/m㎡; ASTM D 638에 의해 측정한 파괴점까지의 연신율이 40-80%;ASTM D 790에 의해 20℃에서 측정한 굴곡율이 2,000-3,000Mg/m㎡; ASTM D256(6.4-mm시험편)에 아이조드노치 충격강도가 70-90 J/m;ASTM D 1525에 따라 비캇에 의해 측정한 연화점이 220°-230℃ ; ASTM D 648에 의해 측정한 가열성형안정도 DTUL가 200°-210℃ ; ASTM D 792 1.30에 의해 측정한 밀도가 1.30-1.40Mg/㎥인 특성을 가진 안경테와 그 부품.
  9. 제1항에 있어서 폴리에텔이미드 또는 폴리에텔설폰 플라스틱이 금속제 안경테와 유사한 탄성에네르기 용량을 가진 안경테와 그 부품.
  10. 제1항, 제2항, 또는 제6항에 있어서, 폴리에텔이미드 또는 폴리에텔설폰 플라스틱이 강화되지 않은 안경테와 그 부품.
  11. 제1항, 제2항, 또는 제6항에 있어서, 폴리에텔이미드 또는 폴리에텔설폰이 유리섬유나 탄소섬유로 강화된 안경테와 그 부품.
  12. 제1항, 제2항, 또는 제6항에 있어서, 폴리에텔이미드 혹은 폴리에텔설폰이 금속분말 그리고/또는 채색안료를 함유하는 안경테와 그 부품.
  13. 제1항, 제2항, 또는 제6항에 있어서, 폴리에텔이미드 또는 폴리에텔설폰이 착색되거나 금속을 함유한 안경테와 그 부품.
  14. 제1항, 제2항, 또는 제6항에 있어서, 보강용심이 들어있지 않은 안경테와 그 부품.
  15. 안경테, 그리고 안경다리, 후렌지 및 코걸이등의 부품을 생산함에 있어 폴리에텔이미드 또는 폴리에텔설폰의 사용.
