Abstract

본 발명은 신규한 다중유형 비대칭 블록 공중합체 및 그것으로 만든 압감접착제 및 테이프에 관한 것이다. 신규한 블록 공중합체는 약 4 내지 약 40중량%의 중합된 모노비닐 방향족 화합물 및 약 96 내지 약 60중량%의 공역 디엔을 포함한다. 상기 블록 공중합체는 일반식 QnY를 가지며, 이때 Q는 블록 공중합체의 각 암으로서, 일반식 S-B를 가지며; n은 암의 수이고 3 이상이며; Y는 다작용성 커플링제의 잔기이다. 또한 S는 중합된 모노비닐 방향족 단독중합체의 비탄성 중합체 단편 말단블록으로 블록 공중합체내에 두개 이상의 상이한 분자량의 말단블록이 있다. 고분자량 말단블록의 수평균 분자량(Mn)H는 약 5,000 내지 약 50,000의 범위에 있으며 저분자량 말단블록의 수평균 분자량(Mn)L은 약 2,000 내지 약 10,000의 범위에 있다. (Mn)H/(Mn)L의 비는 적어도 1.25이다. 또한 B는 각 암을 다작용성 커플링제(Y)와 연결시키는 탄성 중합체 단편 중간블록으로 중합된 공역 디엔 또는 그 공역 디엔의 결합들을 포함한다.

Claims (29)

  1. 약 4 내지 약 40중량%의 중합된 모노비닐 방향족 화합물 및 약 96 내지 약 60중량%의 중합된 공역 디엔을 포함하는, 하기 일반식의 다중유형 비대칭 탄성블록 공중합체:

  3. 상기식 중, Q는 블록 공중합체의 각 암을 나타내고 일반식 S-B를 가지며; n은 블록 공중합체 중 암(Q)의 수이고 3 이상의 정수이며; Y는 다작용성 커플링제의 잔기이며; 또한 상기 S-B 식에서, (a) S는 중합된 모노 비닐 방향족 단독 중합체의 비탄성 중합체 단편 말단블록으로서, 공중합체중에 2개 이상의 상이한 분자량을 갖는 말단블록 즉, 고분자량 말단블록 및 저분자량 말단블록이 있으며, 이때, (ⅰ) 고분자량 말단블록의 수평균 분자량(Mn)H는 약 5,000 내지 약 50,000의 범위이며; (ⅱ) 저분자량 말단블록의 수평균 분자량(Mn)L은 약 1,000 내지 약 10,000의 범위에 있으며; (ⅲ) (Mn)H/(Mn)L의 비는 1.25이상이고; (b) B는 각 암을 다작용성 커플링제(Y)의 잔기에 연결하는 탄성 중합체 단편 중간블록으로서, 중합된 공역 디엔 또는 공역 디엔들의 조합물을 포함한다.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합된 모노비닐 방향족 화합무이 블록 공중합체 총중량의 약 5 내지 25중량%인 다중유형 비대칭 탄성블록 공중합체.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중합된 모노비닐 방향족 화합물이 블록 공중합체 총중량의 약 6 내지 15중량%인 다중유형 비대칭 탄성블록 공중합체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합된 모노비닐 방향족 화합물이 폴리스티레인 다중유형 비대칭 탄성블록 공중합체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합된 공역 디엔이 폴리부타디엔, 폴리이소프렌 및 그 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 다중유형 비대칭 탄성블록 공중합체.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다작용성 커플링제가 o-디비닐벤젠, m-디비닐벤젠, p-디비닐벤진 및 그 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 다중유형 비대칭 탄성블록 공중합체.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합된 모노비닐 방향족 화합물이 폴리스티렌이고, 상기 중합된 공역 디엔이 폴리이소프렌이며, 상기 다작용성 커플링제가 디비닐벤젠인 다중유형 비대칭 탄성블록 공중합체.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, (Mn)H가 약 10,000 내지 약 35,000이며, (Mn)L은 약 2,000 내지 9,000인 다중유형 비대칭 탄성블록 공중합체.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 두가지 말단블록 분자량이 존재하는 경우, 고분자량 말단블록을 함유하는 암의 수가 총 암의 약 5 내지 65%인 다중유형 비대칭 탄성블록 공중합체.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 고분자량 말단블록을 함유하는 암의 수가 총 암의 약 10 내지 45%인 다중유형 비대칭 탄성블록 공중합체.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 고분자량 말단블록을 함유하는 암의 수가 총 암의 약 15 내지 35%인 다중유형 비대칭 탄성블록 공중합체.
  14. 하기 (a) 내지 (d) 성분을 포함하는 압감 접착제 조성물: (a) 제1항의 다중 유형 비대칭 탄성블록 공중합체 100 중량부; (b) 점착 수지 약 25 내지 400 중량부; (c) 가교제 0 내지 약 50 중량부; 및 (d) 가소제 0 내지 약 200 중량부.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 점착수지가 탄성 중합체 단편 중간블록과 혼화가능한 압감 접착제 조성물.
  16. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 점착수지가 1개 이상의 비탄성 중합체 단편 말단블록과 추가로 혼화가능한 압감접착제 조성물.
  17. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 다중유형 비대칭 탄성블록 공중합체가 가교되어 있는 압감 접착제 조성물.
  18. 제12항의 압감 접착제 조성물로 이루어진 필름.
  19. 제1 및 제2주표면을 가지며, 제1주표면의 적어도 일부분에 제12항의 압감 접착제 조성물이 피복되어 있는 백킹.
  20. 제1 및 제2표면을 갖는 백킹 및 제1주표면의 적어도 일부분에 피복된 제12항의 압감 접착제 조성물을 포함하는 테이프.
  21. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 다중유형 비대칭 탄성블록 공중합체가 가교되어 있는 테이프.
  22. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 압감 접착제 조성물이 약 60% 이상의 겔 함량을 갖는 테이프.
  23. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 백킹이 종이인 테이프.
  24. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 백킹이 중합체인 테이프.
  25. 제22항에 있어서, 상기 백킹이 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트인 테이프.
  26. 제23항에 있어서, 상기 접착제가 가교되어 있는 테이프.
  27. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 백킹이 박리표면을 추가로 포함하는 테이프.
  28. 제18항에 있어서, 백킹의 제2주표면 위에 상기 압감 접착제 조성물이 추가로 구비되어 있는 테이프.
