Abstract

본 발명은 가스통의 적재하역이 간단하고 빈가스통과 충전된 가스통의 분리가 용이한 고압 가스통 운반 전용 차량에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 일반적인 화물차량을 이용해 고압가스통을 운송하는 것은 가스통의 적재 및 하역시 인력으로 작업해야하기 때문에 작업효율성이 현저하게 떨어지고 빈 가스통과 충전된 가스통을 쉽게 분리할 수 없어 불편함이 있었다.
본 발명은 차량의 적재함(11) 뒷칸이 상하로 승/하강 가능하도록 리프트 게이트(14)를 설치하고, 차량의 적재함(11) 옆칸에 쪽문(15)을 설치하며, 적재함(11) 바닥에 콘베어(13)를 설치하여, 상기 리프트 게이트(14)와 컨베어(13)를 구동시킬 수 있는 유압펌프(20)로 구성된 것이다.
따라서 본 발명에 의하면, 고압 가스통을 손쉽게 적재 및 하역할 수 있는 효과가 있으며 전용 고압 가스통 운반차를 제공함으로써 안전사고의 위험성을 예방할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 사시도, 제2도는 제1도의 “A”부 확대 사시도, 제3도는 본 발명의 구동장치에 대한 유압회로도, 제6도는 본 발명의 사용 상태도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 화물차량의 적재함(11)에 고압 가스통을 운송하기 위한 고압가스통 운반차에 있어서, 차량의 적재함(11) 뒷칸이 상하로 승/하강 가능하도록 리프트 게이트(14)를 설치하고, 상기 적재함(11) 바닥에 콘베어(13)를 설치하고, 상기 리프트 게이트(14)와 컨베어(13)를 구동시킬 수 있는 유압펌프(20)가 설치되며, 적재함(11) 옆칸 후방에 상기 리프트 게이트(14)와 컨베어(13)를 조작할 수 있는 조작기(23)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 가스통 운반차.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적재함(11) 바닥에는 적재함(11) 바닥의 안쪽과 바깥쪽을 번갈아 가면서 순환되어 이송되는 컨베어(13)가 설치되고, 컨베어(13)를 정회전방향과 역회전방향으로 자유자재로 구동시킬 수 있도록 하는 유압모터(22)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 가스통 운반차.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리프트 게이트(14)는 차량의 적재함(11) 뒷칸에 수평으로 펼칠 수 있도록 설치되어 있고, 상기 리프트 게이트(14)의 양단에는 리프트 게이트(14)를 상하로 이동할 수 있도록 유압실린더(21)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 가스통 운반차.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적재함(11) 옆칸에는 고압 가스통(12)의 적재 및 하역시 출입이 가능하도록 쪽문(15)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 가스통 운반차.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 유압펌프(20)는 엔진(25)에서 발생한 회전력으로 작동되도록 연결되고, 상기 유압펌프(20)의 회전력에 의해 오일탱크(26)가 3포트 3위치 절환밸브(24)로 오일을 공급하도록 연결되며, 상기 3포트 3위치 절환밸브(24)에 의해 유압실린더(21)가 상하방향으로 작동되도록 연결됨과 아울러 상기 3포트 3위치 절환밸브(24)에 의해 유압모터(22)가 정회전 및 역회전 가능하도록 연결되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 가스통 운반차.
