Abstract

본 발명의 목적은 스티어링 컬럼(3)의 좌우 방향에 걸쳐서 지지 강성을 향상시킨다.
지지 브라켓트(4a)는 차체에 고정된다. 승강 브라켓트(10)는 스티어링 컬럼(3)의 중간부 하면에 고정된다. 스티어링 휠의 높이 위치 고정시에는 경사 레버(21)의 조작에 따라 경사 너트(14)와 경사 볼트(13)의 헤드부(22)의 거리를 축소시킨다. 이것에 의해, 상기지지 브라켓트(4a)를 구성하는 좌우 한쌍의 지지판부(6a)가 상기 승강 브라켓트(12)를 좌우로부터 강하게 협지하고 있다. 이때 스티어링 컬럼(3)의 좌우 양측면과 지지판부(6a)의 내측면과의 사이에서, 합성수지에의 스페이셔(27)의 협지판부(28)를 강하게 협지한다.

제3도는 제2도와 동일 방향에서 본 분해도,
제4도는 제3도에서 스페이서(spacer)만을 꺼내어서 확대 도시한 도면,
제5도는 제4도의 B-B선을 따라 취한 단면도,
제6도는 제4도의 C방향에서 본 사시도,
제7도는 밀어올림 방지판의 사시도.

Claims (1)

  1. 상단부를 차체에 지지 고정하는 고정 브라켓트에 설치된 좌우 한 쌍의 지지판부와, 이들 한 쌍의 지지판부 사이에 협지된 스티어링 컬럼과, 상기 한 쌍의 지지판부의 하단부 끼리를 연결하는 연결부 또는 연결부재를 구비한 스티어링 컬럼용지지 장치에 있어서, 상기 한 쌍의 지지판부의 내측면과 상기 스티어링 컬럼의 좌우 양측면 사이에 탄성적으로 가압되고 있는 합성수지제의 스페이서를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티어링 컬럼용지지 장치.
