Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 조향 시스템의 조향핸들 각도를 조절하기 위해 사용하는 스티어링 컬럼의 틸트 장치에 관한 것으로써, 특히 차체에 고정되는 메인 브라켓의 일측으로 고정기어를 설치하고, 상기 고정기어와 물림 동작할 수 있도록 레버 고정볼트에 가동기어를 설치하며, 상기 가동기어의 외측으로 레버 고정볼트상에 캠과 어져스트 볼트를 돌기로 물림 동작할 수 있게 결합 설치하여 레버의 조작시 고정볼트가 풀리면서 나선 동자에 의해 후진하면서 가동기어를 고정기어에서 이탈시켜 틸트 동작이 이루어질 수 있게 하여 구조와 부품수를 간소화시켜 경량화시키고, 용접에 의존하지 않고 조립이 이루어져 재질 변경이 가능하게 되고, 치수 공차 확보를 용이하게 하여 조립성과 신뢰성을 높일 수 있도록 한 차량용 스티어링 컬럼의 틸트 장치에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 차량용 스티어링 틸트 장치를 구성함에 있어서, 차체에 고정되는 메인 브라켓(10)의 일측으로 고정기어(11)을 설치하고, 상기 고정기어(11)와 물림 동작할 수 있도록 레버 고정볼트(12)에 가동기어(13)를 설치하며, 상기 가동기어(13)의 외측으로 레버 고정볼트(12)상에 캠(14)과 어져스트 볼트(15)를 요철돌기(16)로 물림 동작할 수 있게 레버(17)와 함께 결합 설치하여 구성함을 특징으로 한 차량용 스티어링 컬럼의 틸트 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레버 고정볼트(12)상에 설치되는 캠(14)은 가동기어(13)를 고정기어(11)에서 이탈시킬 수 있는 동작거리 만큼 편심되게 구성함을 특징으로 한 차량용 스티어링 컬럼의 틸트 장치.
