Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 스티어링 휠 각도를 운전자의 체격이나 운전자세에 맞도록 조향축의 경사각도를 조정할 수 있는 틸트장치에 관한 것으로, 종래의 틸트장치는 레버를 한손으로 작동시키고 다른 한손으로 휠의 경사각을 조절하는 것으로, 손목의 힘으로 레버를 회전시켜 틸트 브라켓을 압착하여야 하므로 조작시 힘이 많이 소요되는 문제가 있으며, 스티어링 컬럼에 큰 하중이 가해질때 압착력의 이완으로 조향축(10)의 경사각이 해제되는 경우가 발생되는 문제가 있다.
본 발명은 예시도면 제3도에서와 같이, 조향축(10)의 일단에 중심축(12)이 고정되는 조절기어(14)가 설치되고, 조절기어(14)와 맞물리도록 편심축(16)과 조절노브(18)가 형성된 편심기어(20)가 설치되며, 상기 조절기어(14)의 후부와 중심축(12)사이에 장공(22)이 형성된 브라켓(24)이 설치되고, 중심축(12) 선단부에 수평방향으로 연장되어 레버(28)가 설치되고, 레버(23)와 고정편(30) 사이에 스프링(26) 탄지되어 설치되는 자동차의 틸트장치이다.
상술한 바와 같이 본 발명의 자동차의 틸트장치에 따르면 조걸기어와 편심기어를 설치하여 조향축의 경사각을 변화시키는 간단한 구조로서, 손쉽게 조작할 수 있으며 낮은 비용으로 설치할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 조향축(10)의 일단에 중심축(12)이 고정되는 조절기어(14)가 설치되고, 조절기어(14)와 맞물리도록 편심축(16)과 조절노브(18)가 형성된 편심기어(20)가 설치되며, 상기 조절기어(14)의 후부와 중심축(12) 사이에 장공(22)이 형성된 브라켓(24)이 설치되고, 중심축(12) 선단부에 수평방항으로 연장되어 레버(28)가 설치되고, 레버(28)와 고정편(30)사이에 스프링(26) 탄지되어 이루어지는 자동차의 틸트장치.
