Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 조향 시스템의 조향핸들 각도를 조절하기 위해 사용하는 스티어링 틸트 장치에 관한 것으로써, 특히 차체에 고정되는 메인 브라켓의 내측으로 스티어링 튜브가 연결되는 브라켓을 설치하여 상기 메인 브라켓에 사각 슬로트 홈을 형성하여 고정축과 함께 래치를 갖는 부시와 평 부시를 결합하고 상기 고정축의 일단에 로커를 갖는 레버를 스프링르로 탄력 설치하여 상기 래치와 레버에 설치되는 로커의 걸림동작으로 스티어링 틸트 동작을 제어할 수 있게 하여 공차 확보를 용이하게 하여 조립성과신뢰성을 높일 수 있도록 한 차량용 스티어링 틸트 장치에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 차량용 스티어링 틸트 장치를 구성함에 있어서, 차체(10)에 고정되는 메인 브라켓(11)의 내측으로 스티어링 튜브(12)가 연결되는 브라켓(13)을 설치하고, 상기 메인 브라켓(11)에 사각 슬로트 홈(14)(14′)을 형성하여 일측에는 래치(15)를 갖는 부시(16)를 타측에는 평 부시(16′)를 결합하고, 상기 부시(16)(16′)의 중심으로 고정축(17)을 결합 설치하며, 상기 고정축(17)의 일단에는 로커(18)를 갖는 레버(19)를 핀(22)과 힌지보드(22)(22′)를 이용하여 스프링(20)으로 탄력 설치하며,타측은 너트(21)로 체결 설치하여 구성함을 특징으로 한 차량용 스티어링 틸트 장치.
