Abstract
헤드칩의 헤드기판에의 접속이 매우 용이하고, 또한 제작불량의 발생율이 매우 적은 고출력의 자기헤드 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다.
단자판(3)을 접속기판(61)과, 당해 접속기판(61)상의 일단에 박막코일(17)의 단자인 인출전극(5),(6)의 선단부(5a),(6a)에 대한 직접의 접속부위인 단자부(62),(63)가 형성되고, 타단에 회전드럼의 단자에 대한 접속단자(64),(65)로 되어 이루어지는 도체판(66),(67)과를 각 선단부수에 대응하여 배설하여 구성한다.

제1도는 본 실시예의 자기헤드장치를 모식적으로 나타낸 사시도, 제2도는 상기 자기헤드장치의 구성요소인 헤드칩을 모식적으로 나타낸 사시도.
Claims (6)
- 서로 대향하는 1쌍의 헤드반체(半體)를 가지고, 이들 헤드반체의 최소한 한쪽의 대향면에 박막코일이 성막되고, 이 박막코일에 전기적으로 접속되는 단자가 한쪽의 헤드반체에 배설되어 이루어지는 헤드칩이 헤드기판의 표면상에 접합되어 이루어지고, 프린트기판이 헤드기판의 동일 표면상에 접합되는 동시에, 당해 프린트기판으로부터 연재되는 배선도체의 선단부가 상기 헤드반체에 배설된 박막코일의 단자와 접속되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 박막코일이 1쌍의 헤드반체의 쌍방의 대향면에 성막되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1쌍의 헤드반체가 비자성재료로 이루어지는 기판에 연자성 금속박막이 성막되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 프린트기판의 배선도체가 당해 프린트기판 표면으로부터 유리(遊離)하여 배설되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드장치.
- 제1항 기재의 자기헤드장치를 제작함에 있어서, 헤드칩을 헤드기판의 표면상에 고정하는 공정과, 당해 표면상에 프린트기판을 고정하는 동시에 프린트기판의 각 배선도체의 선단부를 박막코일의 각 단자에 접촉시키는 공정과를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드장치의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 접촉한 프린트기판의 배선도체의 선단부와 박막코일의 각 단자와를 땜납 또는 도전성 접착제에 의하여 전기적으로 접속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드장치의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
