Abstract
본 발명은 작동중지, 이중층 배터리 격리판 및 그들 제조하기 위한 방법에 관한 것이다. 작동중지 능력을 갖는 제1미소다공성 막 및 강도 특성을 갖는 미소 다공성 막이 마주 접촉하여 함께 결합된다. 제1막의 면은 제2막의 면에 캘린더링, 접착제 또는 용접에 의해 접착되고, 격리판은 3밀 미만의 두께, 및 제2미소다공성 막으로부터 측정된 1900g-㎜ 초과의 파괴 강도 및 1g/㎝ 초과의 박리 강도를 갖는다.

Claims (14)
- 작동중지 능력 및 면을 갖는 제1미소다공성 막; 및 강도 특성 및 면을 갖는 제2미소다공성 막으로 구성되는 작동중지, 이중층 배터리 격리판으로서, 상기 제1막 및 상기 제2막이 마주 접촉하여 함께 결합되고; 상기 격리판이 3mil 미만의 두께; 상기 제2미소다공성 막으로부터 측정된 1900g-㎜ 초과의 파괴 강도; 및 1g/㎝ 초과의 박리강도를 갖는 작동중지, 이중층 배터리 격리판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파괴 강도가 2000g-㎜ 초과인 격리판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파괴 강도가 2400g-㎜ 이상인 격리판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 박리 강도가 4g/㎝ 이상인 격리판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 박리 강도가 8g/㎝ 이상인 격리판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 두께가 약 0.9밀∼3밀 미만 범위인 격리판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1막의 용융 온도가 상기 제2막의 용융 온도보다 적어도 20℃ 낮은 격리판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1막이 폴리에틸렌 재료로부터 제조되고, 상기 제2막이 폴리프로필렌 재료로부터 제조된 격리판.
- 제1항에서 서술된 격리판을 포함하는 배터리.
- 면을 갖는 폴리에틸렌, 미소다공정 막; 면을 갖는 폴리프로필렌, 미소다공성 막으로 구성되는 작동중지, 이중층 배터리 격리판으로서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 막 및 상기 폴리프로필렌 막이 마주 접촉하여 함께 결합되고; 상기 격리판이 3mil 미만의 두께; 폴리프로필렌 막으로부터 측정된 20g-㎜ 이상의 파괴 강도; 및 8g/㎝ 이상의 박리 강도를 갖는 작동중지, 이중층 배터리 격리판.
- 제10항에 있어서, 서술된 격리판을 포함하는 배터리.
- 하기 단계로 구성되는 작동중지, 이중층 배터리 격리판을 제조하기 위한 방법 : 1) a) 제1중합체를 압출하여 제1시이트를 성형하고, b) 이 제1시이트를 어니일링하고, c) 이 제1시이트를 스트레칭 하므로써 제1미소 다공성 막을 형성하는 단계; 2) a) 제2중합체를 압출하여 제2시이트를 성형하고, b) 이제2시이트를 어니일링 하고, c) 이 제2시이트를 스트레칭 하므로써 제2미소다공성 막을 형성하는 단계; 및 3) 134℃ 미만으로 온도에서 캘린더링하고, 접착제로 접착하고, 용접하는 것으로 구성되는 방법에 의해 상기 제2막과 마주 접촉하여 상기 제1막을 결합시키는 단계.
- 제12항에 있어서, 약 130℃의 온도에서 캘린더링 하므로써 결합되는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 약 130℃의 온도에서 캘린더링 하므로써 결합되고, 캘린더링 닙 로울이 밀폐되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
