Abstract

본 발명은 i)적어도 한 블록의 비닐 방향족 탄화수소, 및/또는 ii)적어도 한 블록의 컨쥬게이트 디엔 및 iii)폴리알케닐 방향족 커플링제로 형성된 코어 관능화된 성상 블록 공중합체를 제공한다. 여기서, 코어 관능화는, 비대칭 이-또는 다관능의 캡핑제와 성상 중합체 코어를 반응시키므로써 제공된다.

Claims (10)

  1. i)적어도 한 블록의 비닐 방향족 탄화수소, 및/또는 ii)적어도 한 블록의 컨쥬게이트 디엔 및 iii)폴리알케닐 방향족 커플링제로 형성된 코어 관능화된 성상 블록 공중합체로서, 상기 코어 관능화가, 중합체 코어와 반응하고 제2관능기를 통해 코어에 캡핑제 분자를 부착시킬 제2유형의 관능기 및 코어로부터 뻗어있는 제1유형의 관능기를 혼입하는 비대칭 이-또는 다관능의 캡핑제와 성상 중합체 코어를 반응시키므로써 제공되는 블록 공중합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 캡핑제가 퍼플루오로알데히드, 퍼플루오로케톤, 퍼플루오로알카노일클로라이드, 퍼플루오로에스테르, 퍼플루오로에스테르에스테르, 포르밀에스테르, 폴리옥시알케닐렌 에스테르, 아미노알데히드, 메탈로센 알데히드, 알데히드의 에폭시드, 케톤의 디에폭시드, 및 실란의 에폭시드 유도체로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 블록 공중합체.
  3. 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 0.05∼10중량%의 제1유형의 관능기를 함유하는 블록 공중합체.
  4. 제1∼3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비닐 방향족 탄화수소가 스티렌인 블록 공중합체.
  5. 제1∼4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 컨쥬게이트 디엔이 이소프렌 또는 부타디엔인 블록 공중합체.
  6. 제1∼5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 50중량% 이하의 비닐 방향족 탄화수소를 포함하는 블록 공중합체.
  7. (a) 음이온성 중합에 의해 적어도 한 블록의 비닐 방향족 탄화수소 및/또는 적어도 한 블록의 컨쥬게이트 디엔의 적어도 한 세트의 중합체 아암을 제조하고, (b) 폴리알케닐 방향족 커플링제와 중합체 아암을 커플링하고, 커플링 반응을 종결하지 않고, (c) 제2관능기를 통해 코어에 캡핑제 분자를 부착하기 위해 중합체 코어와 반응하는 제2유형의 관능기 및 코어로부터 뻗어있는 제1유형의 관능기를 혼입하는 비대칭 이-또는 다관능의 캡핑제와 리빙 성상 중합체의 코어를 반응시키므로써 리빙 성상 중합체의 코어를 캡핑하며, (d) 캡핑 반응을 종결시키고, 중합체를 회수하는 것으로 구성되는 코어 관능화된 성상 블록 공중합체 제조 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 캡핑제가 퍼플루오로알데히드, 퍼플루오로케톤, 퍼플루오로알카노이를로라이드, 퍼플루오로에스테르, 퍼플루오로에테르에스테르, 포르밀에스테르, 폴리옥시알케닐렌 에스테르, 아미노알데히드, 메탈로센 알데히드, 알데히드의 에폭시드, 케톤의 디에폭시드 및 실란의 에폭시드 유도체로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  9. 제7 또는 제8항에 있어서, 0.05∼10중량% 의 캡핑제가 단계 (c)에서 사용되는 방법.
  10. 제7∼9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (b)에서 적용되는 온도가 25∼95℃범위인 방법.
