Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 스톱램프 스위치 부착구조에 관한 것으로, 특히 브레이크 페달에 의해 작동되는 스톱램프 스위치를 지지판에 신속용이하게 고정하고, 스위치의 고정상태를 정확히 유지하고자, 지지판(11)에 상호 접하여 형성된 지지공(11a) 및 아내홈(11b)과, 지지공(11a) 및 안내홈(11b)에 끼워지도록 스톱램프 스위치(12)에 형성된 지지축(13) 및 그 둘레에 형성되어 몸체(12a)와의 사이에 지지판(11)이 끼워지도록 하는 걸림돌기(13a)와, 스톱램프 스위치(12)를 회전시켜 지지축(13)의 걸림돌기(13a)가 지지판(11)의 안내홈(11b)으로부터 위상차를 갖고, 스톱램프 스위치(12)가 지지판(11)에 고정된 상태를 유지하도록 몸체(12a)에 다수 형성되어 지지판(11)의 후면에 탄력적으로 밀착가압되는 압압돌기(14)와, 스톱램프 스위치(12)의 원주방향 유동을 방지하기 위하여 몸체(12a)내부의 다수개소에 출몰가능케 스프링(15)으로 탈력설치된 걸림핀(16) 및 걸림핀(16)이 끼워지도록 지지판(11)에 형성된 걸림공(11c)으로 구성된 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 브레이크 페달에 의해 작동판이 접동되고, 작동판에 의해 온, 오프작동되는 스위치를 포함하여 지지판에 장착고정된 스톱램프 스위치에 있어서, 상기 지지판에 형성된 지지공 및 그 둘레에 형성된 다수의 안내홈과, 스톱래프 스위치에 형성되어 상기 지지공에 결합되는 지지축과, 지지축에 형성되어 안내홈을 통해 지지판에 걸려지는 걸림돌기와, 걸림돌기에 대향하는 지지판에 밀착, 고정되도록 스톱램프 스위치에 형성된 압착돌기로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 스톱램프 스위치 부착구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스톱램프 스위치에는 스프링에 의해 외부로 돌출되는 걸림피닝 구비되고, 이 걸림핀이 탄력적으로 결합되도록 지지판에 걸림공이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 스톱램프 스위치 부착구조.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지판의 안내홈 및 지지축의 걸림돌기는 반원형으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 스톱램프 스위치 부착구조.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압착돌기는 탄력성을 갖도록 그 내부에 중공이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 스톱램프 스위치 부착구조.
