Abstract

본 발명은 탄화수소 처리 촉매, 예를 들면 촉매의 공극에 가황제를 혼입시키는 것을포함하며, 상긱가황제는 예를 들면, 황 원소 및 유기 촐리설피드로 구성된 군에서 선택되며, 올레핀계 또는 올레핀계 분금물 성분, 예를 들면, 식물성 오일 또는 유사 성분을 포함하거나 이로 구성된 하여금 용매의 존재하에 혼입을 식시하며, 15℃내지 700℃에서 촉매를 수소 처리한후 부동화 단계를 실시하는 방법에 관한것이다.

Claims (11)

  1. - 촉매 물질에 가황제를 투입하고;-촉매를 150℃내지 700℃에서 수소 처리하고;-가르치매를 부동화시키는것을 포함하는 촉매의 외부계(off-site)
  2. 제1항에 있어서,-하나 이상의 용매 및/또는 올레핀계 탄소 결합을 포함하는 하나 이상의 성분의 존재하에 0℃내지 200℃의 온도에서 상기촉매 물질에 하나 이상의 가황제를 외부계에서 혼입하고;-순수하거나 또는 희석된 수소를 사용하여 상긱촉매를 혼없었된 가황제로 150℃내지 700℃에서 외부계에서 처리하고;-촉매상에 공기 또는 산소 함유 기체를외부계에서 통과시키는 것을포함하는 방법
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서. a. 하나 이상의 용매 및/또는 올레핀계 탄소 결합을 포함하는 하나 이상의 성분의 존재하에 30℃내지 200℃의 온도에서 상기 촉매 물질에 하나 이상의 가황제를 외부계에서 혼입하고;b 수소의 부제하에 촉매의 외부계 열 처리를 실시하고; c.순수하거나 또는 희석된 수소의 존재하에 150℃ 내지 700℃에서 상기 촉매의 외부계를 실시하고;d.촉매를 실온으로 냉각시켜서 불활성 기체의 흐름에 방치하고;e (산소의 부피를 기준으로 하여)약 10% 이하의 농도로 희석기킴 산소, 이어서 공기를 촉매상에 외부계에서 통과시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 가황제를 사용한 처리 단계 및 수소를 사용한 처리 단계인 처음 두 단계를 동시 실시하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가황제가 황 원소, 유기 풀리설피드, 황화수소, 머캅탄, 화화 탄소, 설피드, 디설피드 및 티오페닐 화합물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 방법,
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 가황제가 황 원소, 유기 풀리설피드, 디메틸설피드 및 디메틸설피드로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 방법.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 백유인 방법.
  8. 제3항 있어서, 상기 성분이 올레핀계 탄화수소 화합물인 방법.
  9. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (가황제가 혼입된)촉매를 250℃내지 600℃의 온도에서 순수하거나 또는 회석된 수소로 외부계에서 처리하는 방법.
  10. 알루미나 또는 도핑처리된 알루미나 지지체, 또는 하나 이상의 금속 또는 반금속 산화물 지지체, 및 Ⅵ족 Ⅷ족 활성 금속을 포함하며. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 한에 따라 처리된 수처리용 촉매
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀계 탄화수소 화합물이 지방산에서 유도된 오일인 방법.
