Abstract
모로 대표되는 케라틴 섬유의 개질방법이 기재되어 있다. 전이금속 염의 수용액 존재하에 기계적 힘을 케라틴 섬유에 인가하여 스케일(표피세포)중의 하부 케라틴 층부분의 구조를 약화 및 파괴하여 전이 금속이 하부 케라틴 층에 고농도로 국부적으로 도입될 수 있게 한다. 이어 케라틴 섬유를 과산화수소 및 일과황산과 같은 산화제를 함유하는 배드에 침적시킨다. 산화제는 전이금속의 촉매적 효과에 의해 분해된다. 분해에 의해 발생한 산소 가스의 압력 때문에, 케라틴 섬유상에 스케일인 케리틴 층이 박리된다. 따라서, 비-케라틴 단백질에 손상을 주지 않으면서 촉감이 좋지 않은 케라틴 부분을 제거할 수 있을 뿐터러 잔류 금속이 없는 개질 섬유를 제공할 수 있다. 높은 방축효과는 통상의 염소 화합물을 산화제로 사용하여서는 얻을 수 없는 것이다.

Claims (9)
- a) 몰 함량 감소, pH에서의 변화 또는 전이금속 이외의 금속 이온의 부가에 의해 표피세포에서 케라틴층과 비-케라틴 단백질 층의 기계적 특성의 차로 인하여 석출이 용이하게 생길 수 있는 전이금속 염의 수용액 존재하에서 케라틴 섬유에 기계적 힘을 인가하고, 케라틴 층의 내부에 결합된 하부 케라틴 층의 구조를 약화 및 파괴하여 전이금속 염 용액을 하부 케라틴 층에 도입하는 것을 포함하는 전이금속 염 함침 단계; b) 전이금속 염 용액의 물 함량을 감소시키고, 상기 용액의 pH를 변화시키거나, 또는 상이한 종류의 금속염의 이온을 부가하여 하부-케라틴 층에서 산화반응용 촉매를 석출 및 분산시키는 것을 포함하는 촉매 형성 단계; 및 c) 산화제를 전이금속의 촉매 효과하에서 케라틴 섬유와 반응시켜 하부 케란틴 층에서 신속한 반응을 유발하여 케라틴 층이 하부 케라틴 층으로부터 제거될 수 있고 또 비-케라틴 단백질 층이 노출될 수 있게 하는 케라틴층 제거단계를 포함하는 케라틴 섬유의 개질방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 케라틴 섬유가 모인 개질방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, Cu, Fe, Ni, Co, Mn, Cr 및 Zn으로 구성된 군으로부터 선정된 한 개 이상의 전이금속으로 사용되는 개질방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일과황산 및 그의 염, 이과황산 및 그의 염, 과황산 수소, 과산화수소, 과포름산 및 과아세트산 및 그의 염으로 구성된 군으로부터 선정된 한 개 이상의 화합물이 산화제로 사용되는 개질방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 산화반응이 pH 7.5 내지 10.5 범위의 알칼리성 수용액중에서 실시되는 개질방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 과산화 수소 및 산화적 산이 산화제로 사용되는 개질방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 형성 단계가 고농도의 강한 전기분해 중성염 존재하에서 실행되어 비-케라틴 단백질 부분의 팽윤을 억제하는 개질방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 무기산의 나트륨염 및 칼륨염 중의 한 개가 포화 또는 포화에 가까운 농도로 강한 전기분해 중성 염으로 사용되는 개질방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전이 금속염의 수용액이 수용액의 방울이 유기 용매에 분산된 형태로 사용되는 개질방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
