Abstract
본 발명은 자동반자동 기계변속장치(10)의 제어장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로 오퍼레이터에게 유효비를 알리고 바람직한 시프트(GRT(2))의 맞물림과 전의 선택 또는 진행중의 시프트 수행과 관계 없이 즉시 수행된다. 선택된 목표비(GRT(1))을 맞물리는 시프트 천이중 디스플레이는 목표비로 부터 유효업시프트 및 다운시프트를 나타내고 시프트 요구가 초기 목표비(GRT(1))에서 새로운 목표비(GRT(2))로의 업시프트 및 다운시프트의 요구로 해석된다.

Claims (11)
- 다속변경기어 기계변속기(12), 업시프트를 선택하기 위해 중심위치로 부터 제1방향으로 이동하고 다운시프를 선택하기 위해 상기 중심위치에서 제2방향으로 이동하는 수동작동 시프트 선택레버(1), 현재차량 작동상태하에서 기본기어비로 부터 최대수의 업시프트를 나타내는 업시프트부(2'), 현재차량 작동상태에서 상기 기본기어비로 부터 최대수의 다운시프트를 나타내는 다운시프트부(2")를 지닌 제어디스플레이(2), 변속입력축회전속도 차량속도, 상기 시프트 선택레버의 작동을 나타내는 입력을 수신하고 소정의 논리법칙에 따라 이를 처리하여 현재 허용가능한 기어비를 결정하고 명령출력신호를 변속오피레이터(34)를 포함하고, 수동으로 제어되지 않는 오퍼레이터와 상기 제어디스플레이에 발생시키는 중앙처리장치(38)를 구비한 차량반자동 기계변경변속장치(10)를 제어하는 방법에 있어서, 맞물린비에서 선택된 목표비(GRT(1))으로의 시프트가 선택되거나 수행되면, 상기 기본기어비를 상기 선택된 목표비와 같게 하는 단계와; 현개 맛물린비로 부터의 시프트가 선택되거나 수행되지 않으면, 상기 기본기어비를 상기 현재의 맞물림비와 같게 라는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 차량 반자동기계 변경기어 변속기 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 선택된 목표비(GRT(1))으로의 시프팅중 시프트 요구를 감지하고 최종 선택된 목표비(GRT(2))로의 초기 선택 목표비(GRT(1))으로 부터 특징시프트의 요구로 상기 요구를 해석하고 상기 최중 선택비로의 시프트를 즉각 개시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어방법.

- 제3항에 있어서, 허용가능한 맞물림 기어이(GRT(2))에 대한 최종시프트 요구시 기존의 요구 또는 전에 선택된 맞물림 목표비(GRT(1))으로의 시프트의 진행수랭과 관계없이 최종 선택된 허용가능한 맞물고 목표비로의 시프트의 수행을 즉시 명령하는 관계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 소정의 방향으로 하나의 부가적인 연속비의 변경의 오퍼레이터 선택을 나타내는 소정의 방향으로 상기 시프트 선택 레버의 중심위치부터 변위를 반복함으로서 기본기어비로 부터 오퍼레이터가 선택된 목표 변속기어비를 직접 시프트하게 결정하고 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어방법.

- 제6항에 있어서, 전에 선택된 허용가능한 맞물림 목표비(GRT(1))을 맞물리는 기존의 선택 또는 진행하는 수행과 관계 없이 상기 전에 선택된 허용가능한 맞물링 목표비(GRT(1))의 수행을 불연속적으로 하고 상기 최종선택된 허용가능한 맞물림 목표비(GRT(1))의 수행할 개시하는 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
- 다속변경기어 기계변속기(12) 기본기어비로부터 허용가능한 맞물린 업시프트 및 다운시프트를 디스플레이 하는 디스플레이(2), 변속입력축 회전속도, 차량속도, 상기 시프트 선택레버의 작동을 나타내는 입력을 수신하고, 이들 소정의 논리법칙에 따라 처리하여 명령출력 신호를 변속오퍼레이터(34)를 포함하는 비수동 제어오퍼레이터와 상기 디스플레이에 발생시키는 중앙처리장치를 구비한 차량 반자동기계 변경기어 변속장치(10)를 제어하는 장치에 있어서, 현재 맞물린비로 부터의 시프트가 선택되지 않으면, 상기 기본 기어비를 현재 맞물린비와 같게 하고, 상기 선택된 목표비로의 시프트가 선택되면, 선택된 목표비에 상기 기본값을 같게하는 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량방지 기계변속장치를 제어하는 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 디스플레이는 현재 맞물린기어비를 나타내는 정보를 나타내는 제1부와; 최대허용맞물림 기어비를 나타내는 정보를 나타내는 제2디스플레이부와; 최종허용 가능한 맞물린 기어비를 니타내는 정보률 나타내는 제3디스플레이부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 현재 맞물린 기어비를 나타내는 숫자문자식 정보를 나타내는 제1부와; 최고 허용가능한 맞물린 기어비를 나타내는 정보를 나타내고, 기본기어비로 부터의 최대 허용가능한 수의 연속업시프트가 0, 1, 2 또는 3단을 나타내는 0, 1, 2 또는 3문자를 표시하는 제2디스플레이와; 최저 허용가능한 맞물림 기어비를 나타내는 정보를 표시하고 기어비로 부터의 최대수의 연속 다운시프트가 0, 1, 2 또는 3을 나타내는 0, 1,2 또는 3문자를 표시하는 제3디스플레이부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 최고 허용가능한 맞물린 기어비를 나타내는 정보를 표시하고 기본기어비로 부터의 최대허용가능한 수의 연속 시프트가 0, 1 또는 2를 나타내는 0, 1 또는 2문자를 표시하는 업시프트 디스플레이부(2')와; 최저 허용가능한 맞물린 기어비를 나타내는 정보를 표시하고 기본 기어비로 부터의 최대 다수의 연속다운시프가 0, 1 또는 2를 나타내는 0, 1 또는 2문자를 표시하고 다운시프트 디스플레이부(2')를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
