Abstract
불화 방향족 니트로 화합물은 니켈, 코발트 및 귀금속으로 이루어진 군으로부터의 적어도 1종의 금속 또는 금속 화합물을 함유하는 촉매의 존재 및 적어도 1개의 식 R1-S(O)n-R2의 황 화합물의 존재하에서 액체상에서 수소화를 수행함으로써 촉매 수소화되어 불화 방향족 아민을 생성한다. 이렇게 생성된 불화 방향족 아민은 매우 순수하고 특히 탈불화 생성물을 소량 함유한다.

Claims (10)
- 니켈, 코발트 및 귀금속으로 이루어진 군으로부터의 적어도 1종의 금속 또는 금속 화합물을 함유하는 촉매의 존재하 및 적어도 1개의 하기 식 (I)의 황 화합물의 존재하에서 액체상에서 수소화를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 촉매 존재하에서의 불화 방향족 니트로 화합물의 촉매 수소화 방법.R1-S(O)n-R2(I)상기 식에서, R1및 R2는 상호 독립적으로 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 C1-C12-알킬, 히드록시 -C1-C12-알킬, 카르복시 -C1-C12-알킬 또는 페닐을 나타내고, R1은 부가적으로 수소 또는 CO-C1-C12-알킬을 나타낼 수 있으며, R1및 R2는 또한 함께 -CH=CH-CH=CH-, -(CH2)4-, -(CH2)5- 또는 -(CH2)2-X-(CH2)2- (여기서, X는 산소 또는 황임)을 나타낼 수 있고, n은 0 또는 1을 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하기 식 (Ⅱ)의 불화 방향족 니트로 화합물을 사용하여 하기 식 (Ⅲ)의 상응하는 불화 방향족 아민을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.상기 식에서, R3, R4, R5및 R6는 상호 독립적으로 H, COOH, 할로겐, NH2, NO2, OH, CCl3, CF3또는 C1-C10-알킬, C6-C10-아릴, C7-C14-아랄킬 또는 C6-C10-아릴술포닐을 나타내며, 이들 각각은 1 내지 2개의 히드록시, 아미노, 니트릴 또는 카르복실기에 의해 임의로 치환될 수 있다.
- 제2항에 있어서, R3내지 R6, R3내지 R5또는 R3및 R4는 수소를 나타내고 R3내지 R6기 중에서 나머지 라디칼은 상호 독립적으로 COOH, F, Cl, NH2, NO2, OH, CCl3또는 CF3를 나타내는 식 (Ⅱ)의 화합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 3-플루오로벤조산을 100% 농도의 황산에 용해시키고, 5 내지 20℃에서 약 2 내지 10시간에 걸쳐 혼합 산(황산 67%/질산 33%)을 적가하고, 이 혼합물을 동일한 온도에서 30분 내지 2시간 더 교반한 후, 온도가 60℃가 넘지 않도록 하면서 반응 혼합물을 물에 붓고, 혼합물을 실온으로 냉각 및 여과시키고 여과 케이크를 물로 세척한 후 건조시켜 얻은 5-플루오로-2-니트로벤조산을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 식 (I)에서 R1및 R2는 동일하며 히드록시-C1-C6-알킬을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매가 루테늄, 로듐, 팔라듐, 오스뮴, 이리듐, 플라티늄, 니켈 또는 코발트를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 식 (Ⅱ)의 화합물을 기초로하여 귀금속 촉매 0.02 내지 3중량%를 사용하고, 촉매에 기초하여 식 (I)의 화합물을 0.001 내지 0.125:1의 중량비로 사용하고, 물, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알콜 또는 탄소수 6 내지 10의 방향족 탄화수소를 용매로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수소화를 30 내지 250℃ 및 3 내지 300바아의 H2압력하에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 순도 96% 이상이며 탈불화 생성물 함량이 0.1% 미만인 하기 식 (Ⅲ)의 불화 방향족 아민.상기 식에서, R3, R4, R5및 R6는 제2항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- 순도 99% 이상이며 탈불화 생성물 함량이 0.01% 미만인 5-플루오로안트라닐산.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
