Abstract
본 발명은 활성탄 지지촉매의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 상세하게는 상기 방법은 탄소 전구체와 촉매 전구체를 조합하는 단계, 필요에 따라 탄소 전구체를 경화시키는 단계, 탄소 전구체를 탄소화시키는 단계, 및 탄소를 활성화시켜 활성탄 지지촉매를 제조하는 단계를 포함한다. 상기 활성탄 지지촉매는 기판, 파우더, 또는 모놀리딕 바디상에 형성된 하나의 코팅형태를 취할 수 있다.

Claims (14)
- a)탄소 전구체의 촉매 전구체를 조합하는 단계; b)탄소 전구체를 탄소화시키는 단계; 및 c)탄소를 활성화시켜 활성탄 지지촉매를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 활성탄 지지촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 전구체가 전이금속, 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토금속, 및 이들의 조합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 금속화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 활성탄 지지촉매의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 금속이 Pt, Pd, Rh, Ag, Au, Fe, Co, Cr, Ni, Mn, Cu, Li, Mg, Ba 및 이들의 조합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 활성탄 지지촉매의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 금속이 백금인 것을 특징으로 하는 활성탄 지지촉매의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 촉매금속 전구체가 암모늄 클로로플래티네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 활성탄 지지촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조합단계 후, 탄소 전구체와 촉매 전구체가 무기 기판상에 하나의 코팅으로 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 활성탄 지지촉매의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 탄소 전구체가 열경화성 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 활성탄으로 하는 활성탄 지지촉매의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 수지가 페놀수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 활성탄 지지촉매의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 수지는 활성화되지 전에 경화됨을 특징으로 하는 활성탄 지지촉매의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 기판이 허니컴인 것을 특징으로 하는 활성탄 지지촉매의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 무기 전판이 세라믹, 글라스, 글라스 세라믹, 금속 및 이들의 조합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 활성탄 지지촉매의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 무기 기판이 코디어라이트로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 활성탄 지지촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조합단계후 탄소 전구체와 촉매 전구체가 파우더로 그라인더 연마되고/또는 조합단계후 탄소 전구체와 촉매전구체가 모놀리딕 바디로 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 활성탄 지지촉매의 제조방법.
- 전류가 전달될 수 있도록 표면상에 전극이 결합되어 있는 전술한 항중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조된 활성탄 지지촉매.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
