Abstract
이 발명은 3개 모드의 세공조성(trimodal pore composition)을 가진 SiC 다공성 베어링재(porous SiC bearing materials)와 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
각각의 폐쇄세공 3∼10Vol%를 가진 무압소결 SiC의 다공성 베어링재를 미크로세공(M), 섬유형성세공(F) 및 구형마크로세공(S)으로 구성되는 3개모드의 세공조성을 가지며, 그 세공계 F-M-S(제1도)의 양은 그 코너점(wrner points)a=10%M-80%F-10%S b=10%M-10%F-80%S c=40%M-10%F-50%S, d=40%M-50%F-10%S를 가진 사다리꼴영역에 의해 정해지며, 그 미크로세공은 직경이 5μm 또는 5μm 미만이고, 섬유형상 세공은 직경이 30μm 또는 30μm미만이며 길이가 80μm는 80μm미만이고, 구형세공은 직경이 70μm 또는 70μm 미만이며, 적어도 250/㎡의 휨강도를 가진다.

Claims (9)
- 각각의 폐쇄세공(closel pores)3∼10Vol%를 가진 무압소결(pressureless sintened)시킨 SiC 다공성 베어링재(porous bearing material)에 있어서, 미크로세공(micropores)(OM), 섬유형상 마크로세공(fibershaped macropores)(F) 및 구형마크로세공(spherical macropores)(S)으로 구성되는 3개 세공조성(trimodel pore composition)을 가지며, 세공계 F-M-S(제1도)의 그 조성양은 코너점(corner points) a=10%M-80%F-10%S, b=10%M-10%F-80%S, c=40%M-10%F-50%S, d=40%M-50%F-10%S을 가진 사다리꼴영역에 의해 정해지며, 그 미크로세공은 직경이 5μm 또는 5μm미만이고, 그 섬유형성 마크로세공은 직경이 30μm 또는 30μm미만이고, 길이가 80μm 또는 80μm미만이며, 구형마크로세공은 직경이 70μm 또는 70μm미만이고, 휨강도가 적어도 250MN/㎡인 SiC 다공성 베어링제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그 세공이외에 존재한 중 SiC 매트릭스(dense SiC matrix)는 평균크기〈50μm이며 탄소원소, 알루미늄 및/또는 보론 2wt%(총) 이내를 가진 각주관상 결정형상의 α-SiC로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 SiC 다공성 베어링제.
- 유기질단섬유와 플라스틱 구형체의 중량비 9:1∼1:9의 크기분포가 좁은 그 유기질 단섬유와 플라스틱 구형체를 소결첨가제와 압축조제로 혼가한 미세한 α-SiC 분말에 그 도핑한 SiC 분말을 기준으로 하여 1∼3.5 중량부로 첨가시켜, 그 균질화시킨 분말혼합물을 압축성형하여 생지(green bodies)를 얻으며, 그 생지를 온도 1000℃이내에서 보호가스분위기의 존재하에 예열시킨 다음 그 예열시킨 생지를 온도 2000℃∼2100℃에서 소결시켜 그 실리콘카바이드(SiC)의 매트릭스밀도의 90%∼97%의 밀도를 가진 소결체를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 제1항 또는 제2항의 SiC 다공성 베어링재의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 그 소결 참가제는 알루미늄 니트라이드 및/또는 보론 및 탄소를 2wt% 이내의 양으로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 SiC 다공성 베어링재의 제조방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 그 유기질 단섬유는 크기분포 dF=8-30μm, lP=15-90μm(dP=섬유직경, lP=섬유길이)를 가진 셀룰로오즈임을 특징으로 하는 SiC 다공성 베어링재의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 그 플라스틱 구형체는 크기분포 dS=40-80μm(dS=구형체직경)을 가진 폴리(메틸메타크릴데이트)구형체(PWMA)임을 특징으로 하는 SiC 다공성 베어링제의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 그 예열시킨 소지의 소결은 입력≤30mbar에서 불활성 분위기의 존재하에 실시함을 특징으로 하는 SiC 다공성 베어링재의 제조방법.
- 그라파이트링에 대한 페어링(pairing)을 한 경질/연질링 또는 그 자체에 대한 페어링을 한 경질/경질링에서 축방향의 플로팅-링시일(floating-ring seals)의 시일링 링(sealing rings)으로서 그 SiC 다공성 베어링재의 사용.
- 보호측 슬리브(Slelves)와 슬라이딩 베어링의 구성성분으로 SiC 다공성 베어링재의 사용.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
