Abstract

본 발명은 기판상에 감광층 및 실치콘 고무층을 순차 적층하여 이루어지는 건조 평판인쇄판 원판에 있어서, 그 감광츠오가 실리콘 고무층간의 박리접착력이 5∼100g/cm이며, 그 감광층의 노광후 초기탄성율이 5∼7kgf/mm2인 것을 특징으로 하는 건조 평판인쇄판 원판에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 노광전의 감광층과 실리콘 고무층의 박리접착력에 착안하여, 이것을 강화한 것이며, 또 노광후의 감광층을 저탄성율화하므로써 내쇄성 및 화면 재현성이 우수한 건조평판 인쇄판을 얻을 수 있다. 따라서 상업오프셋인쇄나 신문오프셋인쇄에 적합한 건조 평판인쇄판 원판이 얻어진다.

Claims (9)

  1. 기판상에 감광층 및 실리콘 고무층을 순차 적층하여 이루어지는 건조 평판인쇄판 원판에 있어서, 그 감광층과 실리콘 고무층간의 박리접착력이 5∼100g/cm이며, 그 감광층의 노광후 초기탄성율이 5∼75kgf/mm2인 것을 특징으로 하는 건조 평판인쇄판 원판.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 감광층의 노광후 파단신도가 100%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 건조 평판인쇄판 원판.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 감광층의 노광후 50%응력이 0.3∼3.8kgf/mm2인 것을 특징으로 하는 건조 평판인쇄판 원판.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘 고무층이 축합반응 가교성 실치콘고무질조성물을 가열경화한 것 임을 특징으로 하는 건조 평판인쇄판 원판.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘 고무층이 부가반응 가교성 실리콘고무질조성물을 가열경화한 것 임을 특징으로 하는 건조 평판인쇄판 원판.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 감광층이 수산기를 2개 이상 보유하는 에틸렌성 불포화화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조 평판인쇄판 원판.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 감광층이 폴리우레탄수지를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조 평판인쇄판 원판.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 감광층이 유기시릴기를 보유하는 애틸렌성 불포화화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조 평판인쇄판 원판.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항에 기재된 건조 평판인쇄판 원판을 선택적으로 노광, 현상하여 이루어지는 건조 평판인쇄판.
