Abstract
본 발명은 2―하이드록시카르복실산 에스테르를 염기의 존재하에 카르보닐화제와 반응시킨 후, 산의 존재하에 페닐 히드라진과 반응시키는 것을 포함하는, 하기 일반식(I)의 1,4―옥사졸리딘디온의 제조 방법을 제공한다.
상기 식중, R1은 1―2개의 할로겐; 또는 각각의 페닐 고리 상에서 R2에 의해 임의로 치환된 4―페녹시, 4―(1―페넬틸옥시) 또는 4―벤질옥시에 의해 임의 치환된 페닐이고, R7는 할로겐, 메틸 또는 에틸이다.

Claims (10)
1)하기 일반식 II
의 2―히드록시카르복실산 에스테를 염기 및 하기 일반식 III
의 카르보닐화제의 반응시켜 하기 일반식 IV
의 중간체 화합물을 얻고: 2)상기한 일반식 IV의 화합물을 산의 존재하에 페닐히드라진과 반응시켜서 하기 일반식 I의 화합물을 얻는 것으로 이루어진, 하기 일반식 I의 2,4―옥사졸리딘 디온의 제조방법.
상기 식들중, R1은 1―2개의 할로겐; 또는 각각의 페닐 고리 상에서 R2에 의해 임의 치환된 4―페녹시, 4―(1―페네틸옥시) 또는 4―벤질옥시에 의해 치환된 페닐이고, R2는 할로겐, 메틸 또는 에틸이고, R3는 C1―C4알킬이고, Y는 1―이미다졸릴 또는 1,2,4―트리아졸릴이고, 단 일반식 II에 있는 R1이 4―(1―페네틸옥시) 또는 4―벤질옥시에 의해 치환된 페닐일 경우 Y는 1,2,4―트리아졸릴이다.
제1항에 있어서, 일반식 III의 Y가 1―이미다졸릴 또는 1,2,4―트리아졸릴이고, 일반식 II의 R1이 4―페녹시페닐 또는 2,4―디플루오로페닐인 것인 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 일반식 I의 생성물 중의 R1이 4―페녹시페닐인 것인 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 1)포스겐, 2)이미다졸 또는 1,2,4―트리아졸 중 하나, 및 3)트리알킬아민, 피리딘, 피콜린 또는 다른 치환 피리딘으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 유기 염기를 반응시키거나; 1)포스겐 및 2)1,2,4―트리아졸의 알칼리 금속염을 반응시킴으로써 일반식 III의 카르보닐화제를 동일 반응계 내에서 제조하는 것을 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
제4항에 있어서, 일반식 III의 카르보닐화제가 포스겐 및 1,2,4―트리아졸의 알칼리 금속염을 반응시킴으로써 동일 반응계 내에서 제조되는 것인 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 일반식 IV의 화합물이 유기 염기로서 1종 이상의 피콜린을 사용하에 제조되는 것인 방법.
제6항에 있어서, 단계 1)의 반응 혼합물의 단계 2)에 앞서 여과시키는 것인 방법.
제7항에 있어서, 단계 2)에 사용된 산이 아세트산인 것인 방법.
하기 일반식 IV의 화합물
상기 식 중, R1은 1―2개의 할로겐; 또는 고리 상에 R2에 의해 임의 치환된 4―페녹시, 4―(1―페넬티옥시) 또는 4―벤질옥시에 의해 치환된 페닐이고, R2는 할로겐, 메틸 또는 에틸이고, R3은 C1―C4알킬이고, Y는 1―이미다졸릴 또는 1,2,4―트리아졸릴이다.
제9항에 있어서, R1이 4―페녹시페닐이고, Y가 1,2,4―트리아졸릴인 화합물.
