Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 式I [式中、 R1は、1−2個のハロゲンでか、或は各々のフェニル環が任意にR2で置換され ていてもよい4−フェノキシ、4−(1−フェネチルオキシ)または4−ベンジ ルオキシで、置換されているフェニルであり、そしてR2は、ハロゲン、メチル またはエチルである] で表される2,4−オキサゾリジンジオン類の製造方法において、 1)式II [式中、 R1およびR2は、上の式Iと同様に定義され、そしてR3は、C1−C4アルキル である] で表される2−ヒドロキシカルボン酸エステルと、式III [式中、 Yは、1−イミダゾリルまたは1,2,4−トリアゾリルであるが、但し式II のR1が4−(1−フェネチルオキシ)または4−ベンジルオキシで置換されて いるフェニルである場合Yが1,2,4−トリアゾリルであることを条件とする ] で表されるカルボニル化剤と、塩基とを反応させることにより、中間体である式 IV: [式中、 R1、R2、R3およびYは、上と同様に定義される] で表される中間体化合物を生じさせた後、 2)上で定義した如き式IVで表される化合物とフェニルヒドラジンとを酸の存 在下で反応させることにより、式Iで表される化合物を生じさせる、 ことを含む方法。 2. 式IIIのYが1−イミダゾリルまたは1,2,4−トリアゾリルであ りそして式IIのR1が4−フェノキシフェニルまたは2,4−ジフルオロフェ ニルである請求の範囲1記載の方法。 3. 式Iで表される生成物のR1が4−フェノキシフェニルである請求の範 囲1記載の方法。 4. 1)ホスゲンと、2)イミダゾールもしくは1,2,4−トリ アゾールの1つと、3)トリアルキルアミン、ピリジン、ピコリンまたは他の置 換ピリジンから成る群から選択される有機塩基とを反応させるか、或は1)ホス ゲンと、2)1,2,4−トリアゾールのアルカリ金属塩とを反応させることに よって、式IIIで表されるカルボニル化剤をインサイチューで製造することを 更に含む請求の範囲1記載の方法。 5. ホスゲンと1,2,4−トリアゾールのアルカリ金属塩とを反応させる ことによって、式IIIで表されるカルボニル化剤をインサイチューで製造する 請求の範囲4記載の方法。 6. 少なくとも1種のピコリンを有機塩基として用いて式IVで表される化 合物の製造を行う請求の範囲1記載の方法。 7. 段階2)を行うに先立って段階1)の反応混合物の濾過を行う請求の範 囲6記載の方法。 8. 段階2)で用いる酸が酢酸である請求の範囲7記載の方法 9. 式IV [式中、 R1は、1−2個のハロゲンでか、或は各々のフェニル環が任意にR2で置換され ていてもよい4−フェノキシ、4−(1−フェネチルオキシ)または4−ベンジ ルオキシで、置換されているフェニルであり、 R2は、ハロゲン、メチルまたはエチルであり、 R3は、C1−C4アルキルであり、そして Yは、1−イミダゾリルまたは1,2,4−トリアゾリルである] で表される化合物。 10. R1が4−フェノキシフェニルでありそしてYが1,2,4−トリア ゾリルである請求の範囲9の化合物。
