Abstract
광역학적 요법을 행하는 방법은 감광제에 대해 보통의 임상적 투여량의 약 절반 미만인 감광제 유효량을 동물에 투여하는 것으로 시작된다. 그 다음 보통의 주사후 간격의 약 1/4 미만인 주사후 간격후 감광제와 관련하여 사용되는 보통의 임상적 투사량의 약 절반 미만인 유효 광투사량을 동물에 투여한다.

제3도는 BPD-MA 2㎎/㎏의 주사와 BPO-MA주사 3시간 후 시작하여 100Joules/㎠의 노광후 총 4일후의 마우스를 나타내며,
제4도는 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 및 2.0㎎/㎏(리포좀성 제제)의 투여량에 대한 BPD-MA 투여량 반응곡선을 나타내는 그래프이며, 노광은 주사 3시간 후 일어났다,
제5도는 50, 75, 100, 125 및 150J/㎠ 690nm에서)의 투사량에 대한 광투사량 반응 곡선을 나타내는 그래프이며, 노광은 2㎎/㎏ BPD-MA의 주사 3시간 후 일어났다.
Claims (5)
- 광역학적 요법을 환자에게 행하는 방법에 있어서, (a)감광제에 대해 보통의 임상적 투여량의 약 절반 미만인 상기 감광제 유효량을 상기 환자에 투여하는 단계와 (b)상기 감광제와 관련하여 사용되는 보통의 임상적 광투사량의 약 절반 미만인 유효광투사량을 상기 환자에게 투여하되, 상기 광투사량은 보통의 주사후 간격의 약 1/4 미만인 주사후 간격에서 시작하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 감광제는 클로린, 박테리오클로린, 프탈로시아닌, 포르피린, 퓨르푸린, 메로시아닌, 페오포르바이드 또는 소랄렌으로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 포르피린은 벤조포르피린 유도체 1-산 (BPD-MA)포르피머 나트륨 또는 테트라히드록시 테트라페닐 포르피린인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광투사량이 약 75Joules/㎠ 미만이거나 또는 상기 간격이 약 2시간 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 광역학적 요법을 환자에게 행하는 방법에 있어서, (a)약 0. 125㎎/㎏미만인 양으로 벤조포리피린 유도체 1-산을 상기 환자에 투여하는 단계와 (b)상기 벤조포르피린 유도체 1-산과 관련하여 사용되는 보통의 임상적 광투사량의 약 절반 미만인 유효 광투사량을 상기 환자에게 투여하되, 상기 광투사량은 약 반시간 미만인 주사 후 간격후 시작하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
