Abstract

연속 상으로서 단량체를 함유한 안정한 경화성 유중수 고내부상 에멀션의 생성 방법이 유중수 에멀션을 형성한 후 중합 촉매를 첨가함으로써 제공된다. 그리고나서 상기 경화성 유중수 고내부상 에멀션을 중합하고 경화하여 저밀도 다공성 교차결합된 중합 물질을 제공한다.

저밀도 다공성 교차 결합된 중합체 물질의 제조방법(PORCESS FOR PREPARING LOW DENSITY POROUS CROSSLINKED POLYMERIC MATERIALS)

Claims (14)

  1. 다공성 교차 결합된 중합체 물질의 제조 방법으로서, 하기 단계로 구성되는 방법:(a) 물 및 전해질로 구성되는 수성상을 제공하고, (b) 적어도 하나의 비닐 단량체 및 혼합물을 기준으로 하여, 2-70중량%의 이관능성 불포화 교차결합 단량체로 구성되는 중합가능 단량체의 혼합물을 제공하고, (c) 수성상 및 /또는 단량체 혼합물내 계면활성제를 혼입하고, (d) 상기 수성상 및 상기 단량체 혼합물을 혼합베쓸내 에멀션을 기준으로하여 적어도 90중량%의 물을 내부상으로서 함유하는 유중수 에멀션을 생성하는 유효한 조건하에서 합하고 혼합하고, (e) 중합 촉매를 적어도 일부의 상기 유중수 에멀션에 첨가하여 실질적으로 균일한 경화성 유중수 에멀션을 제공하고, 및 (f) 경화성 유중수 에밀션을 적어도 25℃ 온도에서 중합하고 교차결합시킨다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비닐 단량체가 적어도 하나의 모노알케닐 아렌, 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트 에스테르 또는 공액 디올레핀인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 이관능성 불포화 교차결합 단량체가 적어도 디비닐 벤젠, 디에틸펠 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 3-부틸렌 디메타크릴레이트 및 알릴 메타크랄레이트 중 하나인 방법.
  4. 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 비이온성 계면활성제, 양이온성 계면활성제 또는 음이온성 계면활성제인 방법.
  5. 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 유중수 에멀션이 에멀션을 기준으로 하여 적어도 95중량%의 물로 구성되는 방법.
  6. 1,2또는 3항에 있어서, 중합 촉매가 중합 단량체를 기준으로 하여 0.005-15중량%의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  7. 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 중합 촉매가 수용성 촉매 또는 유용성 촉매인 방법.
  8. 제1,2또는 3항에 있어서, 유중수 에멀션의 적어도 일부를 단계(d) 후에 중합 촉매를 단계(e)에서 첨가하기 전에 혼합 베쓸로부터 회수하는 방법.
  9. 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 단계(e)에서 중합 촉매를 단계(d)에서 사용된 혼합 베쓸에 첨가하는 방법.
  10. 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 단계(e)가 실질적으로 균일한 경화성 유중수 에멀션을 형성하는데는 유효하지만 고유한 전단 안정화점 미만인 전단 조건하에서 블렌딩하는 것으로 구성되는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 단량체의 85%가 반응할 때까지 단계(f)를 진행하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 적어도 단량체의 90%가 반응할 때까지 단계(f)를 진행하는 방법.
  13. 제1,2,3 또는 11항에 있어서, 경화성 유중수 에멀션을 단계(f)에서 뱃치식으로 중합하고 교차결합시키는 방법.
  14. 제1,2,3 또는 11항에 있어서, 경화성 유중수 에멀션을 단계(f)에서 연속적으로 중합하고 교차결합시키는 방법.
