Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 多孔質架橋ポリマー性材料の製造法であって、 (a)水および電解質を含む水性相を提供し、 (b)モノアルケニルアレン、アクリル酸若しくはメタクリル酸エステルま たは共役ジオレフィンである少なくとも1種類のビニルモノマーおよび混合物基 準で2〜70重量%の二官能性不飽和架橋用モノマーを含む重合性モノマー混合 物を提供し、 (c)界面活性剤を該水性相および/または該モノマー混合物中に配合し、 (d)該水性相および該モノマー混合物を混合容器中において、エマルジョ ン基準で少なくとも90重量%の水を不連続相として含む油中水エマルジョンを 生じるのに有効な条件下で組合せ且つ混合し、 (e)重合触媒を該油中水エマルジョンの少なくとも一部分に対して加え且 つ実質的に均一の硬化性油中水エマルジョンを生成するのに有効であるが固有の 剪断安定性点未満である剪断条件下で配合し、そして (f)硬化性油中水エマルジョンを少なくとも25℃の温度で重合させ且つ 架橋させる工程を含む上記方法。 2. 二官能性不飽和架橋用モノマーが、ジビニルベンゼン、ジメタクリル酸 ジエチレングリコール、ジメタクリル酸−3−ブチレンおよびメタクリル酸アリ ルの少なくとも1種類である請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 界面活性剤が、非イオン界面活性剤、陽イオン界面活性剤または陰イオ ン界面活性剤である請求項1または2に記載の方法。 4. 油中水エマルジョンが、エマルジョン基準で少なくとも95重量%の水 を含む請求項1または2に記載の方法。 5. 重合触媒が、重合性モノマー基準で0.005〜15重量%の量で存在 する請求項1または2に記載の方法。 6. 重合触媒が、水溶性触媒または油溶性触媒である請求項1または2に記 載の方法。 7. 油中水エマルジョンの少なくとも一部分を、工程(e)において重合触 媒を加える前の工程(d)の後に混合容器から取出す請求項1または2に記載の 方法。 8. 重合触媒を、工程(e)において、工程(d)で用いた混合容器に対し て加える請求項1または2に記載の方法。 9. 工程(f)を、少なくとも85%のモノマーが反応するまで続ける請求 項1に記載の方法。 10.工程(f)を、少なくとも90%のモノマーが反応するまで続ける請求 項9に記載の方法。 11.硬化性油中水エマルジョンを、工程(f)においてバッチで重合させ且 つ架橋させる請求項1、2または9に記載の方法。 12.硬化性油中水エマルジョンを、工程(f)において連続的に重合させ且 つ架橋させる請求項1、2または9に記載の方法。
