Claims (17)
- 캡슐의 벽 재료가 1종 이상의 합성 중합 물질과, a) 위치-특이성, 구조-특이성 또는 조직-특이성을 나타내거나 또는 b) 임의로 킬레이트화 리간드 또는 그의 금속 착화합물 및(또는) 위치-특이성, 구조-특이성 또는 조직-특이성 물질을 결합시키는 관능기를 갖고, 임의로 1종 이상의 제약학상 활성성분을 더 함유하는, 1종 이상의 생중합체로 제조된 공중합체로 이루어지고, 캡슐의 코어가 a) 기체 또는 기체 혼합물 및(또는) b) 제약학상 활성 성분 또는 활성 성분 혼합물 또는 c) 캡슐 벽과 동일한 물질로 이루어지고, 합성 중합체 물질이 증합가능한 알데히드로 제조된 것이 아니고, 합성 중합체에 대한 생중합체의 중량비가 10:90 내지 80:20 범위이고, 캡슐의 크기가 0.5 내지 8㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는, 생분해성 중합체의 진단 및(또는)치료용 미세 캡슐.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합성 중합체가 아크릴산, 아크릴아미드, 아크릴산 클로라이드, 아크릴산 글리시드에스테르 또는 알킬시아노아크릴레이트 단량체로 제조된 것인 미세 캡슐.
- 제1항에 있어서, 생중합체가 임의로 글리코실화 폴리펩티드, 바람직하게는 알부민, 피브리노겐, 피브로넥틴 또는 교원질 분해 생성물, 바람직하게는 젤라틴, 폴리젤린, 옥시폴리젤라틴 또는 폴리-L-리신인 미세 캡슐.
- 제1항에 있어서, 임의로 생중합체의 관능기에 의하여 결합되는 위치-특이성, 구조-특이성 및 조직-특이성 물질이 항체, 공액 항체, 호르몬, 트랜스페린, 피브로넥틴, 헤파린, 트랜스코발라민, 표피 성장 인자, 지방단백질, 혈정 단백질, 펩티드 또는 올리고펩티드이고, 바람직하게는 아미노산 서열 RGD, RGDA, RGDV 또는 RGDT를 함유하는 것인 미세 캡슐.
- 제1항에 있어서, 생중합체가 위치-특이성, 구조-특이성 및 조직-특이성의 폴리펩티드인 미세 캡슐.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 벽 재료가 기체, 바람직하게는 공기, 질소, 이산화탄소, 산소, 헬륨, 네온, 아르곤, 크립론 또는 2종 이상의 이들 기체의 혼합물을 함유하는 것인 초음파 진단용 미세 캡슐.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생중합체의 관능기에 의해 결합되는 라디칼이 킬레이트화 리간드인 미세 캡슐.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 및 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 킬레이트화 리간드로서 에틸렌디아민펜타아세트산 라디칼 또는 그의 유도체를 포함하는 미세 캡슐.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 및 제7항 및 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생중합체의 관능기에 의해 결합되는 라디칼이 금속 이온의 킬레이트 착화합물인 미세 캡슐.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 및 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 착화합물 결합 금속 이온이 상자성 이온, 바람직하게는 가도리늄 이온인 미세 캡슐.
- NMR 진단에 사용되기 위한 제9항 또는 제10항에 따른 미세 캡슐.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 및 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 착화합물 결합 금속 이온이 방사성 동위원소, 바람직하게는99m테크네튬 또는111인듐 이온인 미세 캡슐.
- 신티그래피에 사용되기 위한 제12항에 따른 미세 캡슐.
- 단량체를 제조 용액의 총 부피에 대해 0.01 내지 10%(m/V), 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 10%의 농도로, 0.5 내지 20%(m/V), 바람직하게는 1 내지 15%(m/V)의 농도로 용해된 생중합체 및 임의로 또한 자성 입자를 함유하는, 기체-포화된, 임의로 압열 멸균된 수상 분산액과 합성 중합체에 대한 생중합체의 중량비가 10:90 내지 80:20이라는 조건하에, 중합 반응시키고, 중합 반응을 완결한 후, 생성된 미립자를 원심분리법, 여과법, 침전법 또는 부유법을 1회 또는 수회 반복하여 밀도와 입자 크기에 따라 분리하고, 임의로 투석에 의해 더 정제하고, 생리 적합성 현탁제로 현탁시킨 다음, 임의로 킬레이트화제, 금속 킬레이트 및(또는) 위치-특이성, 구조-특이성 또는 조직-특이성 물질과 반응시키고, 이 현탁액을 바람직하게는 골격 형성제를 첨가하여 동결-건조시키는 것으로 이루어진 제1항에 따른 미세캡슐의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 미립자를 제약상 허용되는 현탁 매질에 재현탁시킨 조영 매질.
- 제15항에 있어서, 제약상 허용되는 현탁 매질로서, 임의로 식염, 글루코스, 만니톨 및(또는) 락토스 및 임의로 또한 다가 알콜을 더 함유하는 주사용 물이 사용된 조영 매질.
- 최종의 동결-건조 단계를 거치지 않고, 제14항에 기재한 방법에 따라 제조할 수 있는 조영 매질.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
