Abstract
모기판(100)에 설치된 잭(2) 및 자기판(101)에 설치된 플러그(102)로 구성되는 광파이버컨넥터를 제공한다.
플러그(102)는 삽입체(106)가 잭(2)의 공동부(213)내에 삽입될 수 있도록 추진란스들(150)에 의해 플러그하우징(104)의 턱(152)에 대해 지지되는 슬라이드식 삽입체(106)를 가진다.
잭(2)의 랫치들(291)은 플러그의 페루울(116)을 잭의 페루울(12)에 서로 탄성적으로 접촉하도록 플러그삽입체(106)의 립들(128)에 걸리게 하는 기능을 한다. 삽입체(106)를 잭에 더 삽입하면 립들(248)이 플러그십압체(106)의 추진란스들(150)을 풀어 삽입체가 후방으로 탄성복귀하여 플러그하우징(104)이 탄성저항없이 전방으로 슬라이드하여 자기판(101)과 모기판(100)사이의 간격의 특정공차의 흡수를 가능하게 한다.

Claims (21)
- 광파이버를 지지하기위해 적어도 일측에 적어도 하나의 페루울(12)을 수용하기 위한 리셉터클잭(204), 및 연결탄성수단(14, 112)을 통해 그와 광연결하기 위한 플러그(102,302)로 구성되는 광파이퍼컨넥터에 있어서, 잭(204)이 하우징(204), 추진분리수단(248), 및 랫칭수단(291)으로 구성되며; 플러그(102,302)가 하우징(104), 광파이버를 지지하기위해 내부에 적어도 하나의 페루울(116)이 설치된 적어도 하나의 플러그몸체(106), 플러그(102)를 잭(204)에 삽입될 수 있게하는 추진수단(150,152) 및 랫칭수단(128)으로 구성되어; 잭 랫칭수단(291)이 플러그랫칭수단(128)과 함께 광접속을 위해 플러그몸체(106)를 잭(204)에 지지하며, 잭(204)과 플러그몸체(106)가 광접속중 정적인 관계에 있고, 플러그하우징(104)은 거기에 대해 공차흡수 거리(T)이상 축방향으로 이동할 수 있으며, 이 축방향이동이 연결탄성수단(14,12)에 의해 발생된 힘에 영향을 미치지 않는 광 파이버 컨넥터.
- 각 플러그 페루울(116)이 독립된 플러그몸체(106)에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 컨넥터.
- 플럭그몸체(106)가 플러그하우징(104)의 공동부(111)내에 설치되며, 추진수단(150,152)이 분리될 때, 삽입체(106)가 공동부(111)에서 축방향으로 안내되어 슬라이드할 수 있도록 공동부(111)의 내부표면(153)가까이에 외부표면(151)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 또는 제2항의 컨넥터.
- 플러그하우징(104)이 전방종단에 공동부(111)내로 돌출하는 연결부분(131)을 가지며, 연결부분은 플러그삽입체(106)의 횡립(128)과 함께 플러그삽입체(106)가 공동부(111)로부터 전방으로 빠지지 않도록 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제3항의 컨넥터.
- 추진수단(150,152)이 삽입체(106)에 부착된 탄선란스들(150) 및 란스들(150)이 접하는 플러그하우징(104)의 턱(152)으로 구성되어, 삽입체(106)가 밀려져 플러그하우징(104)에 미치는 힘을 통해 플러그(102)와 랫치 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 또는 제4항의 컨넥터.
- 란스들(150)이 플러그삽입체(106)의 하우징(109)과 일체인 것을 특징으로 하는 제5항의 컨넥터.
- 추진분리수단(248)이 개구(127)를 통해 접근하도록 란스들(150)이 플러그하우징(104)의 개구(127)로 경사져 외부로 돌출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제5항 또는 제6항의 컨넥터.
- 잭(204)이, 란스들(150)이 턱(152)과 분리되고 삽입체(106)가 후방으로 자유로이 축방향으로 슬라이드하도록 플러그(102)를 잭(104)에 사비입하는 동안 란스들(150)을 탄성적으로 내부로 바이어스하는 내부표면(249)을 가지는 잭하우징(204)으로부터 연장하는 립들(248)을 가지는 것을 특징으로하는 제5항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항의 컨넥터.
- 잭랫칭수단(291)이 잭 하우징(204)에 부착된 탄성아암을 가지며, 그로부터 플러그몸체(106)의 립(128)과 연합하여 지지하는 돌출부(292)를 가지는 자유종단으로 전방으로 연장하는 랫치들(291)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항의 컨넥터.
- 플러그 페루울(116)당 적어도 한쌍의 랫치들(291)이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제9항의 컨넥터.
- 플러그하우징(104)이 잭 하우징(204)의 탄성랫치들(291)에 부착된 윙들(294)과 연합하는 캠부재들(120)을 가지며, 캠부재들(120)은 캠면들(122,125)을 가져서, 플러그(102)가 잭(204)으로부터 후퇴하는 동안, 윙들(294)이 캠면(122,125)에 결합하여 랫치들(291)이 외부로 탄성적으로 바이어스되어 잭(204)을 플러그몸체(106)로부터 풀어주게되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항의 컨넥터.
- 플러그(102)가 적어도 한쌍의 캠부재들(120)을 가지며, 캠부재들(120)은 플러그하우징(104)의 상단이나 바닥으로부터 축방향으로 연장하며, 플러그(102)를 잭(204)에 지지하기 위해 잭하우징랫치돌출부(292)가 플러그 몸체(106)의 립(128)과 결합할 통로를 제공하는 공동부(127)로 분리된 것을 특징으로 하는 제11항의 컨넥터.
- 플러그하우징(104)의 상단측과 대향하는 바닥측에 적어도 한쌍의 캠부재들(120)이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제12항의 컨넥터.
- 잭(204)과, 상기 잭(204)에 수용되어 광결합하는 플러그부재(102)로 구성되며, 플러그(102)가 내부에 탄성장전된 상태의 파이버를 나르는 내부플러그삽입체(106)를 포함하며, 삽입체(106)는 외부하우징(104)내에 슬라이드식으로 수용되며, 내부몸체(106)는 상기 하우징(104)내에서 제1정지수단(128, 131)으로 제공되는 전방위치와 제2정지수단(150,150',152)으로 제공되는 후방위치사이에 축방향으로 이동가능한 파이버 광 컨넥터어셈블리에 있어서, 상기 제2정지수단(150,150',152)이 상기 내부몸체가 상기 외부하우징내에서 상기 후방 위치를 넘는 위치로 축방향으로 이동할 수 있도록 풀어질 수 있어서, 상기 외부하우징(104)이 상기 어셈블리에 과도한 탄성하중을 주지않으며 전방으로 더 이동할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이버 광컨넥터어셈블리.
- 상기 제2정지수단(150,150',152)이 전방으로 향한 랫치면(152)에 접하는 후방으로 연장된 탄성랫치아암(150,150')으로 제공되며, 탄성랫치아암(150,150')은 상기 면(152)으로부터 깨끗한 위치로 휠 수 있어서 상기 하우징(104)을 상기 내부몸체(106)에 대해 전방으로 더 이동시킬수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제14항의 파이버 광 컨넥터 어셈블리.
- 상기 랫치들(150,150')이 잭부재(204)의 정면에 인접해 설치된 작동부재들(248)에 의해 휘어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제14항 또는 제15항의 파이버 광 컨넥터 어셈블리.
