Abstract

특히 휠 베어링에 장착되는 회전 운동 측정 장치는 실질적으로 회전을 행하는 부분(26,26`)의 회전축에 배열되는 변환기(1,10,10`,22)와, 속빈 원통형 또는 사발형 신호 발생 부품(3,21)의 신호 발생 링(2,19,23,28)으로 구성된다. 신호 발생 링(2,19,23,28)은 변환기(1,10,10`,22)의 원통형 부분에 회전 가능하게 지지된다.

회전 운동 측정 장치(DEVICE FOR MEASURING ROTARY MOVEMENTS)

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 측정 장치의 개략 측면도이다,
제2도는 제1도에 따른 측정 장치의 일실시예의 종단면도이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 회전 운동을 측정하여 그호전량을 표시하는 교류 신호를 발생하는 장치로서, 회전을 행하는 부분과 함께 회전하는 신호 발생 링과, 하우징내에 수용된 수동 또는 능동 시스템을 포함하는 고정 변환기로 구성되어 있으며 휠 베어링에 장착하도록 구성된 장치에 있어서, 상기 변환기(1,10,10`,22)는 회전을 행하는 부분의 회전축에 배치되고, 상기 신호 발생 링(2,19,23,28)은 상기 변환기(1,10,10`,22)이 하우징상에 회전 가능하게 지지된 속빈 원통형 또는 사발형 부분(3,21)의 한 부분품으로서 제공되며 종동부(7,32) 또는 끼워 맞춤등에 의해 회전을 행하는 부분(26,26`)에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 측정 시스템은 회저을 행하는 부분(26,26`)의 회전축에 수직으로 센서(1,10,10`,22)의 하우징내에 배치된 측정 코일(15)을 구비하고, 상기 측정 코일은 영구 자서과, 회전축 또는 하우징축에 각각 수직으로 배치되며 상기 코일(15)로부터 돌출하여 상기 신호 발생 링(2,19,23,28)의 거의 내표면까지 연장한 하나 또는 그 이상의 극편을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 측정 코일축에 수직으로 자화된 영구 자석 코어와 상기 영구 자석의 극 표면상에 배치되고 상기 코일(15)의 한쪽에서 돌출하여 상기 신호 발생 링(2,19,23,28)의 거의 내표면까지 연장한 극편을 포함하는 측정 코일(15)을 구비하는 양측 측정 시스템이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 신호 발생 링(2,19,23,28)은 내부 이(20)를 갖는 속빈 원통형으로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 내부 이(20)와 극편은 극편의 단부가 이(tooth)에 대향하고 있을 때 극편의 다른 두 단부가 이 캡(tooth gap)에 대향하면서 제2극편의 직경단부도 마찬가지로 이(tooth)에 대항하도록 설계 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어는 한 항에 있어서, 상기 변환기(1,10,10`,22)의 하우징은 적어도 그 일부가 원통형으로 되어 있고, 상기 하우징(17,17`)의 주변 표면 및/또는 상기 하우징(7,17`)에 접해있는 신호 발생 링(2,19,23,28)의 표면에는 슬라이딩층이 코딩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 변환기(1,10,10`,22)는 장착 지지부(11,12)내에 소정의 위치로 끼워져 위치 고정될 수 있는 엘리먼트 형태로 제공되고, 상기 장착 지지부는 휠 베어링의 고정부(8)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 이전에 장착된 신호 발생 부품(3,21,23)과 함께 변환기(1,10,10`,22)는 장착 지지부(22)내로 끼워지고, 신호 발생 링(2,19,23,28)과 회전을 행하는 부분(26,26`)간의 결합은 상기 신호 발생 부품(3,21,23)및/또는 상기 회전을 행하는 휠 베어링(9,9`)의 부분에 고정된 종동부(7,32)에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
