Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 속도 감지센서에 관한 것으로, 외주면에 자석(2)이 부착된 회전자(4)가 회전축(6)에 의해 회전가능하도록 하우징(8) 내부에 고정되고, 상기 하우징(8)의 내측면에는 상기 자석(2)과 근접토록 인쇄회로기판(10)이 고정되며, 상기 하우징(8)의 내부 하단에는 상기 회전자(4)를 지지하기 위한 돌출부(17)가 상기 하우징(8)의 내주면을 따라 돌출되 있고, 상기 자석(2)이 회전함에 따라 상기 인쇄회로기판(10)에서 발생된 전기적인 펄스신호를 출력하기 위한 터미널(12)이상기 인쇄회로기판(10)과 연결되 있는 자동차의 속도감지센서에 있어서, 상기 인쇄회로기판(10)에 미션오일이 유입되는것을 방지하기 위한 장벽(16)이 상기 회전자(4)와 인쇄회로기판(10) 사이에 장착되므로, 자동차 속도 감지센서의 인쇄회로기판에 미션오일이 유입되는 것을 차단하여 미션오일에 의해 속도감지센서가 오동작하는 것을 방지할 수 있는 것이다.

제3도는 본 발명에 따른 자동차 속도 감지센서의 개략적인 구조도, 제4도는 본 발명에 따른 자동차 속도 감지센서와 변속기의 결합 상태도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 외주면에 자석(2)이 부착된 회전자(4)가 회전축(6)에 의해 회전가능하도록 하우징(8) 내부에 고정되고, 상기 하우징(8)의 내측면에는 상기 자석(2)과 근접토록 인쇄회로기판(10)이 고정되며, 상기 하우징(8)의 내부하단에는 상기회전자(4)를 지지하기 위한 돌출부(17)가 상기 하우징의 내주면을 따라 돌출되어 있으며, 상기 자석(2)이 회전함에 따라상기 인쇄회로기판(10)에서 발생된 전기적인 펄스신호를 출력하기 위한 터미널(12)이 상기 인쇄회로기판(10)과 연결되어있는 자동차의 속도 감지센서에 있어서, 상기 인쇄회로기판(10)과 상기 회전자(4) 사이에 위치하여 상기 인쇄회로기판(10)에 미션오일이 유입되는 것을 방지하기 위한 장벽(16)을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 속도 감지센서.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장벽(16)은 상기 자석(2)이 회전함에 따라 발생되는 자극 변화가 상기 인쇄회로기판(10)에 양호하게 전달될 수 있는 비자성의 재질로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 속도 감지센서.
