Abstract
간단한 실시예로서 개시된 글레이징부재는 유리판과, 이 유리판의 커버표면위에 배열된 이격 텍스타일직물로 구성된다. 상기 이격직물은, 유리판을 횡단하며 연장되는 나사부에 의해 상호 결합된다. 개시된 유리부재는 단열특성을 갖고 특히 글레이징 지붕 또는 오버헤드 구조물용의 안전유리로 사용된다.

Claims (41)
- 둘레 주변부의 이격유지체에 의해 상호 결합되어 상호 평행하게 배열된 2개 이상의 유리판을 구비한 단열유리부재에 있어서, 상기 이격유지체는, 상기 유리판들의 평면에 대해 횡방향으로 진행하고 상기 유리판들 사이의 견고한 보강재를 형성하며 탄성 및 굽힘강성을 가지며 상호 교차되는 복수의 필라멘트를 구비하는 성형체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 단열유리부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상호 교차하는 상기 필라멘트의 일부분 이상은 교차위치에서 상호 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열유리부재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트는 ㎠당 약 10 내지 60 필라멘트의 밀도로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열유리부재.
- 전항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 성형체는 2개 이상의 커버층과 상기 필라멘트를 형성하는 리브섬유가 상호 조합된 섬유질의 이격직물로 형성되어 있으며, 상기 리브섬유는 수지의 함침에 의해 형성되어 경화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열유리부재.

- 제16항 내지 제33항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유리판들중 하나 이상은 예비응력 또는 부분적인 예비응력이 가해진 유리, 복합 유리 또는 플라스틱으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열유리부재.
- 제16항 내지 제34항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유리판들중 하나는 흡광가능하게 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열유리부재.
- 제35항에 있어서, 흡광가능하게 구성되어 있는 유리판은 상기 유리판 사이의 공간을 향한 자체의 표면에 저-E-코팅을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열유리부재.
- 프레임 없는 단열유리부재의 제조방법에 있어서, 제1유리판의 주변부상의 그 둘레에 2개 이상의 상호 대향하는 커버층과 상기 커버층의 평면연장부에 가로로 진행하는 리브섬유로 이루어진 수지가 함침된 이격직물을 배치하고, 상기 이격섬유위에 제2유리판을 형상맞춤하여 배치한 다음 그에 의한 적층체를 프레스형틀내에서 가압하여, 상기 유리판들을 그 둘레의 주변부측에서 상기 직물의 커버층에 접착결합하며, 그 후 상기 프레스형틀을 개방하고, 상기 리브 리브섬유가 직립되고 상기 수지가 경화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열유리부재의 제조방법.
- 제37항에 있어서, 상기 프레스형틀은 상기 유리판들 사이에 원하는 간격이 얻어질 때까지 단계적으로 개방되는 특징으로 하는 단열유리부재의 제조방법.
- 프레임 없는 단열유리부재들의 제조방법에 있어서, 2개 이상의 상호 대향하는 커버층과 상기 커버층의 평면연장부에 가로로 진행하는 리브섬유로 이루어진 섬유질의 이격직물을 수지로 함침하여 그 일부분 이상을 경화시키며, 상기 이격질물로부터 부분적인 경화에 의해 제조가능한 성형체를 예비완성하고, 상기 성형체를 2개 이상의 유리판사이에서 간격을 유지하도록 주변부측 둘레에 삽입하여 접착제로 상기 유리판들을 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열유리부재의 제조방법.
- 제39항에 있어서, 상기 성형체는 함침후 최종 경화전에 유동공정으로(연속적으로) 형상 각인공구를 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열유리부재의 제조방법.
- 제39항 또는 제40항에 있어서, 상기 성형체에는 작업과정에서 상기 이격직물의 커버층 위에 접착제의 코팅층이 부여되고 측면들중 하나 이상에 접착된 시일리브가 부여되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열유리부재의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
