本实施例的工作原理:该一种交错重叠式VIP玻璃纤维芯材,通过将相互贴合的支撑玻璃纤维4和网玻璃纤维5安装在纤维芯材板1的顶端,使得孔径为0.2com的网玻璃纤维5覆盖在纤维芯材板1的表面,对VIP玻璃纤维芯材能够达到易碎防护效果,通过将呈波纹状的软接套17安置在合板12和凸块13之间,使得中空的软接套17支撑在合板12和凸块13之间,有效的将合板12和凸块13分布在支撑在纤维芯材板1之间,可使合板12和凸块13 之间保持一定空隙,降低纤维芯材板1的重量,节约纤维芯材板1的生产成本,对VIP玻璃纤维芯材能够带来一定的隔热和隔音效果,同时将形状结构相吻合的合板12和凸块13安装在纤维芯材板1的内部,使得合板12和凸块 13组合安置在纤维芯材板1的内部,对纤维芯材板1的内部上下两侧能够达到抗压效果,组合的合板12和凸块13能够防护在纤维芯材板1的内部上下两侧,当纤维芯材板1受到外部碰撞时,组合的合板12和凸块13增加纤维芯材板1的厚度,降低纤维芯材板1的易脆性,通过将凹槽8开设在纤维芯材板1的底端,使得底盖玻璃纤维6组合安置在纤维芯材板1的底端,对纤维芯材板1的底端能够达到整体防护的效果,最后,通过将中空结构的空槽 15开设在凹槽8的两侧,能够将插板14活动安置在空槽15和凹槽8之间,当底盖玻璃纤维6组合安置在纤维芯材板1的底端,对纤维芯材板1的底端能够达到整体防护的效果时,使得插板14上的限位板16安装在凹槽8之间,有效的将固定连接的插板14和限位板16防护安装在已组装的底盖玻璃纤维6 和纤维芯材板1之间,通过将固定连接的固定玻璃纤维板10和展开玻璃纤维架11活动安装在滑槽9之间,可使活动的固定玻璃纤维板10和展开玻璃纤维架11沿着纤维芯材板1河滑槽9之间进行滑动,增加VIP玻璃纤维芯材的厚度,提高其绝缘性,使得整体厚度有所提高,有助于VIP玻璃纤维芯材的耐热性和抗腐蚀性,利于VIP玻璃纤维芯材机械使用,通过将垫料板7活动填充在起伏板2和倾斜板3之间,当组合的起伏板2和倾斜板3呈三角形状覆盖在纤维芯材板1的外部,多组起伏板2和倾斜板3排列折叠在纤维芯材板1的外部,垫料板7能够活动填充在起伏板2和倾斜板3之间,可使带有垫料板7的起伏板2和倾斜板3防护安装在,VIP玻璃纤维芯材能够达到抗易碎防护效果和耐磨性,通过将活动连接的起伏板2和倾斜板3固定连接在纤维芯材板1之间,使得起伏板2和倾斜板3防护在纤维芯材板1的表面,对纤维芯材板1的外部能够达到一定的抗压性。

1.一种交错重叠式VIP玻璃纤维芯材,包括纤维芯材板(1)、限位板(16)和软接套(17),其特征在于:所述纤维芯材板(1)的顶端两侧设置有网玻璃纤维(5),且网玻璃纤维(5)的内侧设置有支撑玻璃纤维(4),所述支撑玻璃纤维(4)的内侧设置有起伏板(2),且起伏板(2)的内侧设置有倾斜板(3),所述倾斜板(3)的内部设置有垫料板(7),所述纤维芯材板(1)的底端设置有底盖玻璃纤维(6),且底盖玻璃纤维(6)的内侧设置有凹槽(8),所述凹槽(8)的内侧设置有滑槽(9),且滑槽(9)的内部上下两侧设置有固定玻璃纤维板(10),所述固定玻璃纤维板(10)的内侧设置有展开玻璃纤维架(11),所述纤维芯材板(1)的左侧设置有合板(12),且合板(12)的底端设置有凸块(13),所述凹槽(8)的两侧设置有空槽(15),且空槽(15)的内部设置有插板(14),所述插板(14)的底端设置有限位板(16),所述凸块(13)的内侧设置有软接套(17)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种交错重叠式VIP玻璃纤维芯材,其特征在于:所述纤维芯材板(1)与起伏板(2)之间为固定连接,且起伏板(2)与倾斜板(3)之间为活动连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种交错重叠式VIP玻璃纤维芯材,其特征在于:所述支撑玻璃纤维(4)与网玻璃纤维(5)之间相互贴合,且网玻璃纤维(5)的孔径为0.2com。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种交错重叠式VIP玻璃纤维芯材,其特征在于:所述倾斜板(3)与垫料板(7)之间为活动连接,且纤维芯材板(1)通过倾斜板(3)与垫料板(7)构成折叠结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种交错重叠式VIP玻璃纤维芯材,其特征在于:所述纤维芯材板(1)与底盖玻璃纤维(6)之间为垂直结构,且底盖玻璃纤维(6)与凹槽(8)之间为活动连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种交错重叠式VIP玻璃纤维芯材,其特征在于:所述固定玻璃纤维板(10)与展开玻璃纤维架(11)之间为固定连接,且滑槽(9)通过固定玻璃纤维板(10)与展开玻璃纤维架(11)构成滑动结构。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种交错重叠式VIP玻璃纤维芯材,其特征在于:所述合板(12)的形状结构与凸块(13)的形状结构相吻合,且纤维芯材板(1)通过合板(12)与凸块(13)构成卡合结构。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种交错重叠式VIP玻璃纤维芯材,其特征在于:所述插板(14)与空槽(15)之间为活动连接,且空槽(15)为中空结构。
