Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- 少なくとも2枚の層シート(1、6;12、13;22、23;31、32;41、44、45)が少なくとも1つの結合部材(2、11、21、33、42、43、46)によって互いに固定され、該結合部材(2、11、21、33、42、43、46)が前記少なくとも2枚の層シート(1、6;12、13;22、23;31、32;41、44、45)のうちの1枚から発生しているパネル構体において、前記結合部材(2、11、21、33、42、43、46)の少なくとも一部は前記層シート(1、6;12、13;22、23;31、32;41、44、45)から分岐して、該層シート(1、6;12、13;22、23;31、32;41、44、45)を通る少なくとも1つの開口部(8、17、27、35)を形成し、該開口部から前記結合部材(2、11、21、33、42、43、46)が発生していることを特徴とするパネル構体。
- 請求項1に記載のパネル構体において、1枚の層シート(1、6;12、13;22、23;31、32;41、44、45)には、少なくとも1枚の層シート(1、6;12、13;22、23;31、32;41、44、45)との機械的結合を有する少なくとも1つの結合部材(2、11、21、33、42、43、46)が設けられていることを特徴とするパネル構体。
- 請求項1または2に記載のパネル構体において、1枚の層シート(41、44、45)には、少なくとも1枚の隣接する層シート(44、46)および少なくとも1枚の非隣接層シート(41、45)に対する機械的結合を有する少なくとも1つの結合部材(42、43、46)が設けられていることを特徴とするパネル構体。
- 請求項1、2または3に記載のパネル構体において、1枚の層シート(1、6;12、13;22、23;31、32;41、44、45)の一部をなす結合部材(2、11、21、33、42、43、46)には、少なくとも1つの取付け面が設けられて、該層シート(1、6;12、13;22、23;31、32;41、44、45)を他の層シート(1、6;12、13;22、23;31、32;41、44、45)へ固定することを特徴とするパネル構体。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のパネル構体において、前記結合部材(2、11、21、33、42、43、46)の取付け面は前記結合部材の端部の近くに位置することを特徴とするパネル構体。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のパネル構体において、前記結合部材(2、11、21、33、42、43、46)の取付け面は前記結合部材の中央部の近くに位置することを特徴とするパネル構体。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のパネル構体において、前記結合部材(2、11、21、33、42、43、46)の取付け面は少なくとも2つの部分で構成され、該部分は前記結合部材の中央部に対して実質的に対称に位置することを特徴とするパネル構体。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載のパネル構体において、前記層シートから分岐された結合部材(2、11、21、33、42、43、46)の縁端部の一部は直状であることを特徴とするパネル構体。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載のパネル構体において、前記層シートから分岐された結合部材(2、11、21、33、42、43、46)の縁端部の一部は、少なくとも部分的に湾曲していることを特徴とするパネル構体。
- 請求項9に記載のパネル構体において、前記層シートから分岐された結合部材(2、11、21、33、42、43、46)の縁端部の一部は、少なくとも部分的に楕円をなすことを特徴とするパネル構体。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載のパネル構体において、結合部材(2、11、21、33、42、43、46)に続く層シート(1、6;12、13;22、23;31、32;41、44、45)の少なくとも1枚は曲状であることを特徴とするパネル構体。
- 請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載のパネル構体において、結合部材(2、11、21、33、42、43、46)に続く層シート(1、6;12、13;22、23;31、32;41、44、45)の少なくとも1枚は、少なくとも部分的に曲状であることを特徴とするパネル構体。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載のパネル構体において、前記層シート(1、6;12、13;22、23;31、32;41、44、45)の少なくとも1枚は金属製であることを特徴とするパネル構体。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載のパネル構体において、前記層シート(1、6;12、13;22、23;31、32;41、44、45)の少なくとも1枚はステンレス鋼製であることを特徴とするパネル構体。
- 請求項1ないし13のいずれかに記載のパネル構体において、前記層シート(1、6;12、13;22、23;31、32;41、44、45)の少なくとも1枚はアルミニウム製であることを特徴とするパネル構体。
- 請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載のパネル構体において、前記層シート(1、6;12、13;22、23;31、32;41、44、45)の少なくとも1枚はポリマ製であることを特徴とするパネル構体。
- 請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載のパネル構体において、前記層シート(1、6;12、13;22、23;31、32;41、44、45)の少なくとも1枚はガラス繊維強化プラスチック製であることを特徴とするパネル構体。
- 請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載のパネル構体において、前記層シート(1、6;12、13;22、23;31、32;41、44、45)の少なくとも1枚はカーボン繊維製であることを特徴とするパネル構体。
- 請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載のパネル構体において、前記層シート(1、6;12、13;22、23;31、32;41、44、45)の少なくとも1枚はアラミド繊維製であることを特徴とするパネル構体。
- 請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載のパネル構体において、前記層シート(1、6;12、13;22、23;31、32;41、44、45)の少なくとも1枚は繊維金属積層体製であることを特徴とするパネル構体。
- 請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載のパネル構体において、前記層シート(1、6;12、13;22、23;31、32;41、44、45)の少なくとも1枚はセラミックス製であることを特徴とするパネル構体。
