Abstract

목적:소형모터에 있어서 납땜부의 단선될 염려를 없애고 도전접속의 신뢰성을 향상시키고 보통품의 사용을 가능하게하는 것에 있다.
구성:소형모터(1)에 있어서, 모터구동용의 코일(7a,7b)의 리드부(27)에 접속한 단자핀(8)과 코넥터핀(9)을 가지는 코넥터부(10)를 구비하고, 코넥터핀(9)과 단자핀(8)을 후렉시불 프린트기판(11)에 의하여 도전접속한 구성으로 하였다.

제1도는 본 발명에 관한 소형모터의 실시예를 일부파단 상태로 도시한 부분단면도, 제2도는 제1도의 소형모터를 후렉시불 프린트기판 삽입전의 상태로 도시한 정면도, 제3도는 제1도의 소형모터를 후렉시불 프린트기판 삽입후의 상태로 도시한 정면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 모터구동용 코일의 리두부에 접속한 단자핀과 코넥터핀을 가지는 코넥터부를 구비하고, 상기 코넥터핀과 상기 단자핀을 후렉시불 프린트기판에 도전접속하는 것을 하는 소형모터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모터 구동용 코일의 코일보빈의 플랜지부에 상기 단자핀을 래디알 방향으로 돌출한 단자베이스를 가지며, 상기 플랜지부에 상기 코넥터핀을 축방향으로 돌출한 상기 코넥터부를 가지고 상기 후렉시불 프린트 기판을 거의 직각으로 절곡하여 상기 단자핀과 상기 코넥터핀을 도전 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 소형모터.
