Abstract
좌와 우방향제어밸브와 변환밸브 사이의 배관을 불필요하게 한다.
좌주행유압모우터(3)에 압유를 공급하는 좌방향변환밸브(5)를 밸브블록(50)에 펌프포오트와 액츄에이터포오트와 복귀포오트를 형성하고, 이 밸브블록(50)에 각 포오트를 연통 및 차단하는 스푸울(61)을 삽입한 것으로 하고, 우주행유압모우터(4)에 압유플 공급하는 우방향변환밸브(6)를 밸브블록(70)에 펌프포오트와 액츄에이터포오트와 복귀포오트를 형성해서, 이 밸브블록(70)리 각 포오트를 연통 및 차단하는 스푸울(81)을 삽입한 것으로 하고, 밸브블록(85)에 주포오트(86)와 드레인 포오트를 형성하며, 이 밸브블록(85)에 각 포오트를 연통 및 차단하는 스푸울(92)을 삽입해서 이 변환 밸브(23)의 밸브블록(85)에 좌와 우방향변환밸브(5), (6)와 밸브블록(50), (70)을 각각 연결하여 각 복귀포오트와 드레인포오트를 연통시킨다.

Claims (5)
- 좌주행유압모우터(3)에 업유를 공급하는 좌방향변환밸브(5)를 밸브블록(50)에 펌프포오트와 액츄에이터포오트와 복귀포오트를 형성하고 이 밸브블록(50)에 상기 각 포오트를 연통 및 차단하는 스푸울(61)을 삽입한 것으로 하고, 우주행유압모우터(4)에 압유를 공급하는 우방향변환밸브(6)를 밸브블록(70)에 펌프포오트와 액츄에이터포오트와 복귀포오트를 형성하고 이 밸브블록(70)에 상기 각 포오트를 연통 및 차단하는 스푸울(81)을 삽입한 것으로 하고, 밸브블록(85)에 주포오트(86)와 드레인포오트를 형성해서 이 밸브블록(85)에 상기 각 포오트를 연통 및 차단하는 스푸울(92)을 삽입해서 변환밸브(23)으로 하고, 상기 변환밸브(23)의 밸브볼록(85)에 좌와 우방향변환밸브(5), (6)와 밸브블록(50), (70)을 각각 연결하여 각 복귀포오트와 드레인포오트를 연통한 것을 특징으로 하는 주행용 유압장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 밸브볼록(85)에 주포오트(86)와 드레인포오트를 형성하고, 그 밸브블록(85)에 상기한 각 포오트를 연통 · 차단하는 스푸울(92)을 삽입하며, 상기한 주포오트(86)를 릴리이프 밸브(96)를 통하여 드레인포오트에 연통하고 도 주포오트(86)를 척밸브(97)를 통하여 흡입포오트(98)에 접속해서 변환밸브(23)로 하며, 상기한 변환밸브(23)의 밸브블록(85)에 상기한 좌와 우방향변환밸브(5), (6)의 밸브블록(50),(70)을 각각 연결해서 각 복귀포오트와 드레인포오트를 연통하고, 흡입포오트(98)를 각 펌프포오트에 연통한 것을 특징으로 하는 주행용 유압장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 좌와 우방향 변환밸브(5), (6)의 밸브블록(50), (70)에 복귀포오트와는 별도로 탱크포오트를 형성하고, 상기한 변환밸브(23)의 밸브블록(85)에는 드레인포오트와는 별도로 탱크포오트를 형성해서 이 탱크포오트 서로를 연통한 것을 특징으로 하는 주행용 유압장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 좌와 우방향변환밸브(5), (6)의 스푸울(61), (81)을 수압실의 압유에 의해 변환작동하는 것으로 하고, 상기한 변환밸브(23)의 스푸울(92)을 수압실의 압유에 의해 변환작동하는 것으로 해서, 상기한 좌와 우방향변환밸브(5), (6)의 수압실을 셔틀밸브에 의해 변환밸브(23)의 수압실에 연통한 것을 특징으로 하는 주행용 유압장치.
- 좌주행유압모우터(3)에 압유를 공급하는 좌방향변환밸브(5)를 밸브불록(50)에 펌프포오트와 2개의 액츄에이터포오트와 2개의 복귀포오트를 형성하고, 이 밸브블록(50)에 삽입한 스푸울(61)을 좌수압실(63)의 압유에 의해 펌프포오트와 한쪽의 액츄에이터포오트를 연통하고 또 다른쪽의 액츄에이터포오트를 다른쪽의 복귀포오트에 연통하며 또 한쪽의 액츄에이터포오트를 한쪽의 복귀포오트에 연통하는 저회전위치가 되도록 하고, 우주행유압모우터(4)에 압유를 공급하는 우방향변환밸브(6)를 밸브블록(70)에 펌프포오트와 2개의 액츄에이터포오트와 2개의 복귀포오트를 형성하고, 이 밸브불록(70)에 삽입한 스푸울(81)을 좌수압실(83)의 압유에 의해 펌프포오트와 다른쪽의 액츄에이터포오트를 연통하고 또 다른쪽의 액츄에이터포오트를 한쪽의 복귀포오트에 연통하는 정회전위치와 우수압실(84)의 압유에 의해 펌프포오트와 한쪽의 액츄에이터포오트를 연통하며 또 다른쪽의 액츄에이트포오트를 다른쪽의 복귀포오트에 연통하는 역회전위치가 되도록 하며, 밸브블록(85)에 주포오트(86)와 제1 및 제2드레인포오트(87), (88)를 형성하고 이 밸브블록(85)에 삽입한 스푸울(92)을 좌수압실(94)의 압유에 의해 주포오트(86)와 제2드레인포오트(88)를 연통하는 우위치와, 우수압실(95)의 압유에 의해 주포오트(86)와 제1드레인포오트(87)를 연통하는 좌위치가 되도록 해서 변환밸브(23)로 하고, 상기한 변환밸브(23)의 밸브블록(85)에 좌와 우방향변환밸브(5), (6)의 밸브블록(50), (70)을 연결해서 제1드레인포오트(87)를 각 한쪽의 복귀포오트에 각각 연통하고 제2드레인포오트(88)를 각 다른쪽의 복귀포오트에 각각 연결하며, 상기한 좌와 우방향변환밸브(5), (6)의 좌수압실(63), (83)을 좌셔틀밸브(105)를 통하여 변환밸브(23)의 좌수압실(94)에 연통하고, 상기한 좌와 우방향변환밸브(5), (6)의 우수압실(64), (84)을 우셔틀 밸브(115)를 통하여 변환밸브(23)의 우수압실(95)에 연통한 것을 특징으로 하는 주행용 유압장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
