Abstract
유압모터정지시의 반전요동복귀 현상을 단시간에 종료시키는 것을 목적으로 하고, 유압모터(2)의 제1, 제2포트(3),(4)에 접속한 제1, 제2주회로(5),(6)에 제1, 제2밸브(20),(21)를 설치하고, 이 제1, 제2밸브(20),(21)예를 제1, 제2주회로(5),(6)의 압력이 다함께 설정압 이상으로 된 때에 제1, 제2주회로(5),(6)를 탱크(8)에 연통하도록 하여, 반전요동복귀현상시에 제1, 제2주회로(5),(6)내의 고압유를 단시간에 떨어뜨려 단시간에 반전요동복귀현상을 종료시킨다.

제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예를 도시하는 유압회로도이다. 제2도는 본 발명의 제2실시예를 도시하는 유압회로도이다, 제3도는 본 발명의 제3실시예를 도시하는 유압회로도이다, 제4도는 본 발명의 제4실시예를 도시하는 유압회로도이다, 제5도는 본 발명의 제5실시예를 도시하는 유압회로도이다, 제6도는 본 발명의 제6실시예를 도시하는 유압회로도이다.
Claims (4)
- 관성체(1)를 구동하는 유압액츄에이터와, 이 유압액츄에이터의 제1포트(3), 제2포트(4)의 한 쪽에 압유를 공급하고, 다른 쪽을 탱크(8)에 연통하는 구동상태와, 제1, 제2포트(3),(4)를 차단하는 중립상태로 변환되는 수단과, 상기한 제1포트(3) 측의 압력과 제2포트(4)측의 압력이 설정고압 이상시에 그 고압유를 탱크(8)에 유출하는 안전밸브와, 상기한 제1포트(3)측, 제2포트(4)측에 기름을 흡입하는 흡입밸브와, 상기한 유압모터(2)의 제1포트(3)측의 압력과 제2포트(4)측의 압력이 각각 상기한 설정고압보다도 저압인 설정압 이상일 경우에 제1포트(3)측, 제2포트(4)측을 탱크(8)에 각각 연통하는 반전방지밸브(22)에 의해 구성되는 유압액츄에이터의 반전방지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 반전방지밸브(22)에 의하여 제1포트(3)측, 제2포트(4)측을 각각 탱크에 유통하는 부분에 조리개(39)를 설치한 유압액츄에이터의 반전방지장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 반전방지장치(22)가 작동할 때에 제1포트(3)측, 제2포트(4)측의 고압유가 탱크로 유출하지 않도록 하는 변환밸브(40)를 치한 유압액츄에이터의 반전방지장치.
- 제1항, 제2항, 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 제1, 제2포오트(3),(4)에 접속한 제1, 제2주회로(5),(6)에 제1, 제2밸브(20),(21)를 설치하고, 이 제1, 제2밸브(20),(21)를 제1, 제2주회로(5),(6)의 압력이 다함께 상기한 설정고압보다 낮은 설정압 이상으로 된 때에 제1, 제2주회로(5),(6)를 탱크(8)에 연통하도록 하여 반전방지밸브(22)를 구성하는 유압 액츄에이터의 반전방지장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
