以下、図1及び図2を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態に係る流体圧制御装置100について説明する。
次に、図3及び図4を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態に係る流体圧制御装置200について説明する。以下では、上記第1実施形態と異なる点を中心に説明し、第1実施形態の流体圧制御装置100と同一の構成には、同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
Claims (4)
- 複数のアクチュエータを制御する流体圧制御装置であって、
バルブボディと、
前記バルブボディに収容される複数のスプールと、を備え、
前記バルブボディは、
前記スプールがそれぞれ収容される複数のスプール収容孔と、
前記スプール収容孔の一方側にそれぞれ設けられタンクに接続される第1タンクポートと、
前記スプール収容孔の他方側にそれぞれ設けられ前記タンクに接続される第2タンクポートと、
前記第1タンクポート同士を接続する第1タンク通路と、
前記第2タンクポート同士を接続する第2タンク通路と、
前記第1タンク通路の一端側と前記第2タンク通路の一端側とを接続する接続通路と、
前記第1タンク通路の他端側に設けられ前記タンクと接続される排出ポートと、を備え、
前記複数のスプール収容孔の少なくとも1つには、前記第1タンク通路と前記第2タンク通路とを連通する連通路が形成された連通用スプールが収容されることを特徴とする流体圧制御装置。 - 複数の前記スプール収容孔を横切るように形成され、複数の前記スプールが中立位置にある場合にポンプから供給された作動流体を前記タンクに還流させる中立通路をさらに備え、
前記連通用スプールは、外周面に形成され前記中立通路の一部を構成する切欠部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体圧制御装置。 - 複数の前記スプール収容孔を横切るように形成され、複数の前記スプールが中立位置にある場合にポンプから供給された作動流体を前記タンクに還流させる中立通路と、
前記中立通路における複数の前記スプールの下流に設けられ、前記中立通路と前記タンクとの接続を連通または遮断する中立カット弁と、をさらに備え、
前記連通用スプールは、前記中立カット弁のスプールであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体圧制御装置。 - 前記複数のアクチュエータのうちの1つは、旋回モータであって、
前記旋回モータは、複数の前記スプールのうち前記排出ポートに一番近い前記スプールによって制御され、
前記連通用スプールは、前記旋回モータを制御する前記スプールに隣接する前記スプール収容孔に収容されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の流体圧制御装置。
