Abstract
본 발명은 평직물(A), 불투명도가 85%이상이고 공극률이 10 내지 60%이며 두께가 30 내지 50㎛인 연신 수지 필름을, 포함하는 합성지(B) 및 (A)와 (B)사이에 위치하거나 위치하지 않을 수 있는 은폐층(C)를 포함하는 복합 합성지를 제공하며, 여기서, 합성지 (B)는 기저층으로서의 이축 연신 열가소성 수지 필름과 종이 유사층으로서의 무기 미세 분말 8 내지 65중량%를 함유하는 일축 연신 열가소성 필름으로 이루어질 수 있다.
복합 합성지는 인쇄적성, 내인열성, 방수성, 가봉성 및 은폐력이 탁월하며 앞치마, 점포 커튼, 일회용 의류, 지도, 옥외 포스터, 간판, 행어, 기등의 재료로서 유용하다.

제1도 내지 제5도는 각각 본 발명에 따르는 복합 합성지의 횡단면도이다.
제6도는 본 발명에 따르는 복합 합성지로 제조된 행어(hanger)를 도시하는 것이다.
제7도는 본 발명에 따르는 복합 합성지를 구성하는 합성지(B)의 횡단면도이다.
제8도는 본 발명의 복합 합성지를 구성하는 평직물(A)와 조직을 도시하는 것이다.
Claims (9)
- in(2.54cm)당 경사수가 50 내지 140이고 섬도가 40 내지 150데니어인 경사와 in당 위사수가 50 내지 140이고 섬도가 40 내지 150데니어인 위사로 제직되며 기본 중량이 50 내지 200g/㎡인 평직물(A)와 이 위에 부착되며 불투명도가 85% 이상이고 다음 식(1)에 따라 계산한 공극률이 10 내지 60%인 연신 수지 필름을 포함하는 두께 30 내지 500㎛의 합성지(B)를 포함하는 복합 합성지.상기식에서, ρ0는 연신 전의 필름 밀도이고, ρ는 연신 후의 필름 밀도이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합성지(B)가 기저층으로서의 이축 연신 열가소성 수지 필름과 종이 유사층(이는 표면층이다)으로서의 무기 미세 분말을 8 내지 65중량% 함유하는 일축 연신 열가소성 수지 필름으로 이루어진 복합 합성지.

- 제4항에 있어서, 은폐층(C)이 짙은 흑색 인쇄중인 복합 합성지.
- in(2.54cm)당 경사수가 50 내지 140 이고 섬도가 40 내지 150데니어인 경사와 in당 위사수가 50 내지 140이고 섬도가 40 내지 150데니어인 위사로 제직되며 기본중량이 50 내지 200g/㎡인 평직물(A), 평직물(A)의 양면 위에 부착되고 기저층으로서의 이축 연신 열가소성 수지 필름(b-1)과 종이 유사층(이는 표면층이다)으로서의 무기 미세 분말 8 내지 65중량%를 함유하는 일축 연신 열가소성 수지 필름(b-2)으로 이루어지며 불투명도가 85% 이상이고 다음 식(1)에 따라 계산한 공극률이 10 내지 60%이며 두께가 30 내지 50㎛인 다층 합성지(B) 및 평직물(A)와 다층 합성지(B)의 기저층의 적어도 하나 사이에 위치하는 은폐층(C)을 포함하는 복합합성지.상기식에서, ρ0는 연신 전의 필름 밀도이고, ρ는 연신 후의 필름 밀도이다.
- 제7항에 있어서, 은폐층(C)이 백색 충전제를 5 내지 75중량% 함유하는 접착제를 포함하는 복합 합성지.
