Abstract
本发明公开了一种带颜色的静电贴纸的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述工艺步骤如下:首先将合成纸进行压延,所用合成纸为PP合成纸,所述PP合成纸由多种厚度、张力相当的PP膜复合而成;调配合成纸专用彩色油墨:不同颜色的油墨由相应颜色的色粉、调金油及固化剂按照2:20:1的比例调和而成;将压延后的合成纸采用凹版印刷机进行印刷;将经过步骤(3)处理得到的完成印刷的合成纸双面电晕,使得合成纸的表面变毛糙,形成为带颜色的静电贴纸,同时安装静电装置。通过使用由多种厚度张力均等的PP膜复合而成的PP合成纸,可以使得成品静电效果好,采用彩色油墨,得到了带颜色的静电贴,使其深受大众喜爱。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于日用品领域,尤其涉及一种带颜色的静电贴纸的制造工艺。
背景技术
静电贴纸一般用于办公、文具或教学用品上,静电贴纸是可书写并在短时间内能擦干净的,是一种能节约资源的取代现有常用的便签纸的可以反复使用的物品,但是现有的静电贴纸颜色单一,对于推广应用存在一些阻碍,为获得更多大众的喜爱,人们需要找到更好的方法对其进行改进。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种带颜色的静电贴纸的制造工艺,用以解决上述问题。
为实现这一目的,本发明所采用的方法是:
带颜色的静电贴纸的制造工艺,所述工艺步骤如下:
(1)首先将合成纸进行压延,所用合成纸为PP合成纸, 所述PP合成纸由多种厚度、张力相当的PP膜复合而成;将其压延为厚度为30~50μm的薄片,压延压力为13-20mpa,压延过程中,确保拆除所有带静电或者可能引发静电的装置;
(2)调配合成纸专用彩色油墨:不同颜色的油墨由相应颜色的色粉、调金油及固化剂按照2:20:1的比例调和而成;
(3)将压延后的合成纸采用凹版印刷机进行印刷,印刷采用多色印刷机进行印刷,采用的油墨为步骤(2)所调配的彩色油墨,印刷速度为0.3~0.5m/s,印刷次数为1~2次,印刷完成后进行干燥,干燥时表面温度小于等于80℃;
(4)将经过步骤(3)处理得到的完成印刷的合成纸双面电晕,使得合成纸的表面变毛糙,形成为带颜色的静电贴纸,同时安装静电装置。
所述合成纸专用彩色油墨中还添加有催干剂和固化剂,合成纸专用彩色油墨的密度为1~2.25g/cm3。
在步骤(3)之后、步骤(4)之前,在合成纸表面附着一层PP膜,在PP膜的表面涂覆一层UV光油,将合成纸烘干,烘干温度为150℃~185℃,烘干后将合成纸进行UV光照,以得到永久可擦写的带颜色的静电贴纸。
所述UV光油的涂布量为20~22cm3/m2。
所述UV光照其光照波长为200nm~450nm,光照速度为200m/min。
其有益效果是:
通过使用本申请的由多种厚度、张力相当的PP膜复合而成的PP合成纸, 因为多层结构,可以使得成品静电效果好,而且各层张力相当了,复合的平整度就高,也就不易出现边上翘角等现象,因为若有翘角现象,会大大削弱静电的吸附效果;采用彩色油墨,得到了带颜色的静电贴,使其深受大众喜爱,而且,当将静电贴纸的另一面涂布UV油墨进行紫外光处理后,在静电贴纸另一表面形成自由基,当白板笔写上去的时候,油墨无法与静电贴纸上的油墨发生反应,这样油墨不会附着,长时间任然可以将其擦拭,使静电贴纸的另一面可以反复使用,此外静电贴纸表面光滑还能起到防污效果。

带颜色的静电贴纸的制造工艺,所述工艺步骤如下:
(1)首先将合成纸进行压延,所述合成纸为PP合成纸,所述PP合成纸由多种厚度、张力相当的PP膜复合而成;将其压延为厚度为30~50μm的薄片,压延压力为13-20mpa,压延过程中,确保拆除所有带静电或者可能引发静电的装置;
(2)调配合成纸专用彩色油墨:不同颜色的油墨由相应颜色的色粉、调金油及固化剂按照2:20:1的比例调和而成;
(3)将压延后的合成纸采用凹版印刷机进行印刷,印刷采用多色印刷机进行印刷,采用的油墨为步骤(2)所调配的彩色油墨,印刷速度为0.3~0.5m/s,印刷次数为1~2次,印刷完成后进行干燥,干燥时表面温度小于等于80℃;
(4)将经过步骤(3)处理得到的完成印刷的合成纸双面电晕,使得合成纸的表面变毛糙,形成为带颜色的静电贴纸,同时安装静电装置。
所述合成纸专用彩色油墨中还添加有催干剂和固化剂,合成纸专用彩色油墨的密度为1~2.25g/cm3。
在步骤(3)之后、步骤(4)之前,在合成纸表面附着一层PP膜,在PP膜的表面涂覆一层UV光油,将合成纸烘干,烘干温度为150℃~185℃,烘干后将合成纸进行UV光照,以得到永久可擦写的带颜色的静电贴纸。
所述UV光油的涂布量为20~22cm3/m2。
所述UV光照其光照波长为200nm~450nm,光照速度为200m/min。
通过使用本申请的由多种厚度、张力相当的PP膜复合而成的PP合成纸, 因为多层结构,可以使得成品静电效果好,而且各层张力相当了,复合的平整度就高,也就不易出现边上翘角等现象,因为若有翘角现象,会大大削弱静电的吸附效果;采用彩色油墨,得到了带颜色的静电贴,使其深受大众喜爱,而且,当将静电贴纸的另一面涂布UV油墨进行紫外光处理后,在静电贴纸另一表面形成自由基,当白板笔写上去的时候,油墨无法与静电贴纸上的油墨发生反应,这样油墨不会附着,长时间任然可以将其擦拭,使静电贴纸的另一面可以反复使用,此外静电贴纸表面光滑还能起到防污效果。

Claims (5)
1.带颜色的静电贴纸的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述工艺步骤如下:
首先将合成纸进行压延,所用合成纸为PP合成纸, 所述PP合成纸由多种厚度、张力相当的PP膜复合而成;将其压延为厚度为30~50μm的薄片,压延压力为13-20mpa,压延过程中,确保拆除所有带静电或者可能引发静电的装置;
调配合成纸专用彩色油墨:不同颜色的油墨由相应颜色的色粉、调金油及固化剂按照2:20:1的比例调和而成;
将压延后的合成纸采用凹版印刷机进行印刷,印刷采用多色印刷机进行印刷,采用的油墨为步骤(2)所调配的彩色油墨,印刷速度为0.3~0.5m/s,印刷次数为1~2次,印刷完成后进行干燥,干燥时表面温度小于等于80℃;
将经过步骤(3)处理得到的完成印刷的合成纸双面电晕,使得合成纸的表面变毛糙,形成为带颜色的静电贴纸,同时安装静电装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带颜色的静电贴纸的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述合成纸专用彩色油墨中还添加有催干剂和固化剂,合成纸专用彩色油墨的密度为1~2.25g/cm3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带颜色的静电贴纸的制造工艺,其特征在于,在步骤(3)之后、步骤(4)之前,在合成纸表面附着一层PP膜,在PP膜的表面涂覆一层UV光油,将合成纸烘干,烘干温度为150℃~185℃,烘干后将合成纸进行UV光照,以得到永久可擦写的带颜色的静电贴纸。
4.根据权利要求3所述的带颜色的静电贴纸的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述UV光油的涂布量为20~22cm3/m2。
5.根据权利要求3所述的带颜色的静电贴纸的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述UV光照其光照波长为200nm~450nm,光照速度为200m/min。
