Abstract

본 발명은 백 초기전개시에 있어서 프론트 윈도우 패널의 치우침 방지를 목적으로 하는 에어백장치의 리드구조에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명은 에어백유닛(4)을 에어백유닛 장착 기준선(Y)과 평행하게 장착하고, 리드(8)의 이면 중앙에 형성된 취양부(20)의 횡파열부(22)를 프론트 윈도우 패널(1)의 차폭방향 만곡선을 따라 경사지게 형성하고, 종파열부(21)를 에어백유닛장착 기준선(Y)과 직각으로 형성하고 있다. 선택도:제1도

Claims (3)

  1. 계기판의 내측에 상기 계기판의 조수석쪽 상부면에 형성된 개구부에 면하여 인플레이터와, 상기 인플레이터를 둘러싸고 그 주변에 고정장착되어 접혀진 백과, 인플레이터 및 백을 수납하는 통형상의 리테이너 플레이트와, 리테이너 플레이트의 상단부에 장착되어 상기 개구부를 폐색하는 리드를 가진 에어백 유닛을 배설함과 동시에, 상기 리드의 이면중앙부에 횡파열부와, 그 양측의 종파열부에 대략 H형상의 선모양으로 형성된 얇은 취악부를 형성한 구조에 있어서, 상기 취악부의 횡파열부를 차체의 전후 방향 축선과 직각이 에어백 유닛 장착 기준선에 대해 프론트 윈도우 패널의 차폭방향 만곡선을 따라 대략 경사지게 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백장치의 리드구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 에어백유닛이 에어백유닛 장착 기준선과 평행하게 장착되고, 또한 리드 취약부의 종파열부를 에어백유닛 장착 기준선과 직각으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백장치의 리드구조.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 에어백유닛이 에어백유닛 장착 기준선에 대해 프론트 윈도우 패널의 차폭방향 만곡선을 따라 대략 경사지게 장착되고, 또 리드 취악부의 종파열부가 횡파열부와 직각으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백장치의 리드구조.
