Abstract

본 발명은, 계기반내에 장착되는 조수석용의 에어백장치에 관한 것이며, 극히 간이한 수단의 부가에 의해, 승차자의 계기반(혹은 에어백리드)에의 당접시에 있어서의 충격을 효과적으로 흡수할 수 있도록한 차량용 에어백을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한 것으로써, 그 구성에 있어서, 차량(1)의 계기반(3)내에 장착되는 에어백모듀울(5)의 전개시에 개방작동되는 에어백리드(6)로 이루어지는 에어백장치에 있어서, 상기 에어백모듀울(5)의 외주벽을 구성하는 에어백케이스(8)의 에어백리드(6)쪽 상단부에, 스차자쪽에 돌출한 충격완화용의 폴레이트(23)를 배설하고, 또한, 상기 에어백모듀울(5)와 상기 에어백리드(6)를 연결하는 힌지(18)에 그 측단면현상이 Z형상으로된 충격완화수단(48a)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

제1도는 본원 발명의 실시예 1에 관한 에어백장치의 장착상태를 표시한 단면도,
제2도는 본원 발명의 실시예 1및 실시예 3에 관한 에어백장치를 구비한 차량의 앞부분 개략 사시도.
제3도는 본원 발명의 실시예 1에 관한 에어백장치의 승차가 당접시의 상태를 표시한 단면도,
제4도는 본원 발명의 실시예 2에 관한 에어백장치의 장착상태를 표시한 단면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 차량의 계기반내에 장착되는 에어백모듀울과, 상기 에어백모듀율의 전개시에 개방작동되는 에어백리드로 이루어지는 에어백장치로서, 상기 에어백모듀울의 외주벽을 구성하는 에어백케이스의 에어백리드쪽 상단부에는, 승차자쪽으로 돌출한 충격완화용의 폴레이트가 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플레이트는, 상기 에어백리드와 에어백모듀울을 연결하는 힌지와 함께 상기 에어백케이스에 대해서 함께 죄이는 상태로 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백장치.
  3. 차량의 계기반내에 장착되는 에어백모듀울과, 상기 에어백모듀율의 상부에 대해서 힌지를 개재해서 연결되고, 전개시에 개방작동되는 에어백리드로 이루어지는 에어백장치로서, 상기 힌지에는, 상기 에어백리드의 내면에 있어서의 차폭방향 전체폭에 걸친 충격완화수단이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 충격완화수단이 상기 힌지의 리드쪽장착부로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백장치.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 힌지에 있어서의 에어백모듀울에의 장착부가, 상기 충격완화수단의 중앙부로부터 뻗는 폭이 좁은 것으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백장치.
