Abstract

요면부의 가장자리 부위에서 조차 필름의 두께가 균일한 코팅된 골프공이 개시되어 있다.
코팅된 골프공은 표면에 요면부를 갖는 골프공에 페인트를 코팅함으로써 얻을 수 있다. 페인트는 우레탄 페인트 및/또는 에폭시 페인트이며 페인트 수지 고형분 함량 100 중량부당 0.1 내지 3중량%의 양으로 실리카, 점토, 탄산 칼슘 또는 이의 혼합물을 함유한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 페인트로 코팅된 표면에 요면부를 갖는 골프공으로서, 상기의 페인트가 우레탄 페인트 및/또는 에폭시 페인트이며 페인트 수지 고형분 함량 100 중량부당 0.1 내지 3중량%의 양으로 실리카, 점토, 탄산 칼슘 또는 이의 혼합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅된 골프공.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 골프공이 실로 감은 골프공, 두조각으로 구성된 골프공, 단일 조각의 골프공 또는 세조각 이상으로 이루어진 구조를 갖는 골프공을 포함하는 코팅된 골프공.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 실리카, 점토 및 탄산칼슘의 입자의 크기가 20㎛이하인 코팅된 골프공.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 실리카, 점토 및 탄산칼슘을 실란 결합제, 실리콘 오일, 지방산, 유기산염 또는 암모늄염으로 표면처리를 한 코팅된 골프공.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 페인트가 용제와 경화제를 추가로 함유하는 코팅된 골프공.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 페인트층의 두께가 5 내지 40㎛인 코팅된 골프공.
